Open a new image 700 x 700 with a white background.

Open png9 (pink frame), resize by 30 percent and then by 75 percent, paste as a new layer.

With your magic wand click inside frame, go to Selection - Modify - Expand by 5 - Invert.

Open a paper of choice, I used paper2, resize by 30 percent than again by 50 percent. Paste as a new layer below your frames. Position where you like it and then hit delete on your key board.

Apply a drop shadow to your frame.

Open wordart 1a, resize by 30 percent and paste as a new layer behind the frame. position where you like and delete anything out past the frame. Change the Opacity to Luminance Legacy.

Open your tube and paste as a new layer, position her where you like it. I kind of moved mine up a little so her head was above the frame. Delete anything that is out past the frame or you don't want showing. I didn't add a drop shadow to her, this is totally up to you though.

Open png3 (ribbon), resize by 20 percent and then 80 percent. Paste as a new layer, mirror and flip, position to your liking. Erase anything that overlaps your tube and some of the ribbon to make it look wrapped around the frame. Add a drop shadow.

Open png12 (white flower) resize by 30 percent then by 85 percent. Paste as a new layer. Position on the lower right side of the frame above your ribbon. Apply a small drop shadow.

Open png11 (pink flower) resize by 30 percent then by 80 percent. Paste as a new layer. Position on the lower right side of the frame above your ribbon overlapping the white flower you just placed. Apply a small drop shadow.

Duplicate these two flowers and place around your tag if desired.

Open png31 (green leaf) resize by 15 percent than by 80 percent. Paste as a new layer and position around the flowers. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate as many times as needed, don't forget to miror and flip if needed.

Open png 15 (doodle) resize by 40 percent, paste as a new layer above your white background. Duplicate, mirror and flip. Apply drop shadows.

Open word art 2a, resize by 50 percent 3 times, don't forget to sharpen. Paste as a new layer at the bottom of the frame. Apply a drop shadow.

Open 17 png, select a portion of the butterflies, paste as a new layer. Resize to your liking and position at the top right of the frame. I place a few on my tube also. Delete any you dont want showing. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate if desired and place at the bottom left of your frame.

Open paper 5, resize by 30 percent then again at 60 percent. Paste as a new layer, Apply your mask to this, merge group. Take your pick tool and move around until you have it where you like it.

Duplicate both your flowers and the leaf, resize oen by 70 percent and the other flower by 80 percent, move to the top left of the frame. See my tag for reference if needed.

Open 23 and 24 png (buttons), resize both by 30 percent and then again at 50 percent. Paste as a new layer on each side of the frame.

Duplicate both buttons again and resize them by 70-80 percent depending on your preference. Place the pink one overlapping the brown button and do the same for the brown place in overlapping the pink. See my tag for reference if needed. Apply drop shadows to all buttons.

Add your copyright and name.

Crop, and resize if desired.

Save as a PNG.
