Ready to go?
Great, me too!

Open a new image 700 x 700 with a white background.

Select your eclipse tool and draw out a new circle, you can either use a paper like I did (SilverSwirls) or a gradient of your choice. Before converting at raster layer, go to Objects - Align - Center of Canvas.

With your frame selected go to Selection - Select All - Float - Defloat - Modify - Select Selection Borders - using the following setting, both and at 5.

Flood fill with another color or use a paper, I used RosePedals. Select None. Apply a drop shadow.

With your magic wand click inside your frame, go to Selections - Modify - Expand by 7 (this will depend on your drop shadow, you may have to expand more.

Add a layer above your white background, copy and paste a paper of your choice or you can use the same as I did (HeartText), invert and hit delete on your key board.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer ( I resized the tube I used 90 percent than 95 percent), delete anything you don't want past the frame. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Candles, resize by 40 percent and than by 70 percent. Paste as a new layer and position at the bottom of your frame to the left. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and mirror. See my tag for reference of needed.

Open Bouquet, resize by 50 percent and than 50 percent again. Paste as a new layer and position in from of the candles. Duplicate and mirror. Apply a drop shadow.

Open leafBranch, resize to your liking and paste as a new layer. Position to the right side of the frame. Make sure this is underneath the frame layer. Appy a drop shadow.

Open BowDPurple, resize around 30-40 percent. Paste as a new layer and position on top of the flowers at the bottom of the tag, Add a drop shadow. See my tag for reference if needed.

Open the brad included in my materials and place in the center of the bow you just placed. Apply a drop shadow.

Open NetGreen, paste as a new layer above your white background, duplicate, mirror and flip. Arrange them so that they show on all sides, you may need to resize depending on your placement. Apply the mask to this layer. Merge group. You can add a small drop shadow if desired.

Add any other elements you desire.

Add copyrights and name.

Crop, resize if needed.

Save as a PNG.

You are all finished!!

I would love to see what you have made using one of my tutorials, just email us your tag and we will happily add it to the gallery. Include any links you would like also.
