Great!

Open up the template and duplicate, close the original.

Delete the copyright and square layer.

Resize template (all layers checked) by 110 percent. Resize canvas by 700 x 700 pixels.

Select your circle layer, go to selections, select all, float, defloat.

Open a paper of your choice (I used paper7) and paste as a new layer above your circle. Go to invert and hit delete on your keyboard. Delete the original template layer. Add a drop shadow.

Select your thin retangle1 layer, go to selections, select all, float, defloat.

Open a paper of your choice (I used paper1) and paste as a new layer above your retangle1. Go to invert and hit delete on your keyboard. Delete the original template layer. Add a gradient glow or a drop shadow.

Repeat above step for rectangle2.

Select your thin dotted circle layer, go to selections, select all, float, defloat.

Open a paper of your choice (I used paper12) and paste as a new layer above your dotted circle. Go to invert and hit delete on your keyboard. Delete the original template layer. Add a drop shadow.

Apply a gradient glow to the dotted circle layer or a nice drop shadow.

Copy and paste tube as a new layer. Position to your liking and add a drop shadow.

Select your thin rectangle3 layer, apply a gradient glow or a nice drop shadow.

Open hat2, resize by 50 then 60 percent, paste as a new layer and move to the bottom left of the hay bail.

Open bank sign2, resize to your liking and paste as a new layer above your rectangles, position to where you like it and add a drop shadow.

Open flower6, resize by 50 percent twice, paste as a new layer and move to the top left of your rectangles. Add a drop shadow. Duplicate and move around where you want them.

Open star1, resize by 50 percent twice, paste as a new layer and move to the top left of your rectangles. Go to free rotate, rotate 10 degrees to the right. Add a drop shadow. Duplicate and move around where you want them.

Add a new layer above your white background. Taking 2 colors from your tube make a gradient and flood fill this layer. Apply your mask, merge group. I used my pick tool to position it a little.

Open up word art and paste as a new layer, position on top of black rectangle.

Add copyrights and your name.

Crop and resize if needed.

Save as a PNG.

You are done!!

I would love to see your results.
