Tube of choice, I am using on of the talented Jennifer Janesko purchased from CILM which is now closed but you can find her work at CDO
Scrap kit Romantic by Jaelop Designs
Mask of choice
Xero - porcelain (optional)

Ready?
Great!

Open a new image 700 x 700 with a white background.

Open 28 (frame) and resize by 50 percent then again by 60 percent. Paste as a new layer.

Select your magic wand and click inside the frame, make sure to also click in the "holes" if you would like the background there. Go to Selections - Modify - Expand by 2

Now open a paper of your choice or use the same one as I did, paper 06. Resize by 30 percent and then again by 40 percent and paste as a new layer below the frame layer. Position to your liking, go to Selections - Invert, hit delete on your key board.

Apply a drop shadow to your frame.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer, resize if needed. I resize the tube I am using 90 percent then again by 95 percent.

Select the background layer, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert.

Now click back on your tube layer and hit delete on your key board. Make sure your tube layer is below the frame. Apply a drop shadow. Go to Effects and select Xero - Porcelain and apply on default. This step is optional.

Open 23 and resize by 50 percent. Paste as a new layer just above the white background. Position to your liking, you can apply a small drop shadow if desired.

Open 31 and resize by 50 percent twice. Flip and paste as a new layer at the bottom of the frame. See my tag for reference if needed.

Open 26 and resize by 50 percent twice, paste as a new layer and move to the top of the frame. Place this layer right under the frame layer. Delete anything that is on your tube that you would like gone, I used the Freehand tool for this.

Open 30a and resize by 40 percent twice and then again by 50 percent. Paste as a new layer and position at the top right of the frame. See my tag for reference if needed. Duplicate 2 times and position wherever you like or use my tag to see where I placed mine.

Open 7 and resize by 30 percent, rotate right. Paste as a new layer and position below the red background. Move to the bottom of the tag towards the right side. Apply a small drop shadow if desired.

Select a paper of choice or use the same one as I did, paper 03. Resize using using pixels 700 x 700 and paste as a new layer right above the white background layer. Apply your mask to this layer. Resize if needed. Then go to Effects - Texture Effects - Mosaic Antique using the following setting apply:
Number of Columns - 75
Number of Rows - 75
Symmetric - Checked
Tile diffusion - 58
Grout width - 2
Grout diffusion - 48

Open word art 3, resize by 50 percent twice. Paste as a new layer near the bottom of the tag. You don't need to add this or you can add your own, the choice is up to you.

Open 14 and resize to your liking, I made mine small but the choice is up to you. Copy one of the hearts and paste as a new layer. Do this until your happy with what you got.

Add your copyrights.

Add your name.

Crop, and resize if desired.

Save as a PNG.

All finished, hope you enjoyed using one of my tuts, I would love to see what you came up with.
