Supplies Needed:
Tube of choice (full and close-up), I am using the talented Ismael Rac, you can find him here
Scrap kit Luck Of The Irish (tagger) from Randy's Sin found here
Template shamrock (by Vicky) found at True Taggin Love

Great!

Open template, duplicate and close the original.

Delete the copyright layer, layer 5 and both clover trails.

Select layer 8 (the last layer above your white background) go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert.

Copy and paste a paper of your choice, I used paper11, as a new layer. Hit delete on your key board when you have it just where you like it. Apply a drop shadow. Delete the template layer.

Select layer shape 5, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert.

Copy and paste a paper of your choice, I used paper12, as a new layer. Hit delete on your key board when you have it just where you like it. Apply a drop shadow. Delete the template layer.

Select circle layer, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert.

Copy and paste a paper of your choice, I used paper7 (resized by 20 percent), as a new layer. Hit delete on your key board when you have it just where you like it. Apply a drop shadow. Delete the template layer.

Select layer shape 5 copy 3 (half moon shape), go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert.

Copy and paste a paper of your choice, I used paper3, as a new layer. Hit delete on your key board when you have it just where you like it. Apply a drop shadow. Delete the template layer.

Select layer 9, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert.

Make a gradient out of 2 colors from your tube, add a new layer above the one you got selected and fool fill. Apply a drop shadow and delete the template layer.

Repeat above for Shape 6.

Select frame, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert.

Copy and paste a paper of your choice, I used paper4, as a new layer. Hit delete on your key board when you have it just where you like it. Apply a drop shadow. Delete the template layer.

Select shape 2 (circle frame), go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert.

Copy and paste a paper of your choice, I used paper4, as a new layer. Hit delete on your key board when you have it just where you like it. Apply a drop shadow. Delete the template layer.

Select shape 4 (circle background), go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert.

Make a gradient out of 2 colors from your tube, add a new layer above the one you got selected and fool fill. Apply a drop shadow and delete the template layer.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer, move it so its behind the rectangles. Position to your liking, apply a drop shadow.

Select the large circle, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert.

Select your tube again on the layers, hit delete on your key board.

Copy and paste your other tube, if using the same tube as I am or one without legs try to place it close to the bottom of the rectangle. Apply a drop shadow.

Open rainbow3, resize by 85 percent. paste as a new layer and move just that is below your last tube. Position it where is ends on the small circle at the bottom of the tag.

Open gold1, resize 30 percent. Paste as a new layer under your rainbow. Move to the small circle on the bottom right side. Apply a drop shadow.

Open clover4, resize by 15 percent. Paste as a new layer, move to the love left of the rectangle. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and mirror, move to the other corner of the rectangle. See my tag for reference if needed.

Open glitterz4, resize to your liking, paste as a new layer above your 2 large circles. Erase anything that you don't want showing. Apply a drop shadow.

Add any other elements you desire.

Add copyrights and your name.

Crop, and resize if desired.

Save as a PNG.
