Supplies Needed:
Tubes of choice (Small and Closeup), I am using Jose Cano, purchased from MPT but you can find him at PTE.

Ready to begin?
Awesome!

Open the template, duplicate and close the original. Resize canvas height by 700 pixels.

Flood fill the bottom layer of the template with white. This is now our background layer.

Select Raster 9, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert.

Open and paste a paper of choice, I used paper10, position above the layer we selected. Once your happy hit delete on your key board.

Delete the template layer.

Select Raster 5, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert.

Open and paste a paper of choice, I used blackpaper, position above the layer we selected. Once your happy hit delete on your key board.

Delete the template layer.

Repeat for the Raster layers copy of raster 5 and raster 7.

Select Raster 6, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert.

Open and paste a paper of choice, I used Steel, position above the layer we selected. Once your happy hit delete on your key board.

Delete the template layer.

Repeat for Raster 8 and Raster 10.

Select Raster 4, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert.

Open and paste a paper of choice, I used blackgreyplaidpaper, position above the layer we selected. Once your happy hit delete on your key board.

Delete the template layer.

Select Raster 11, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert.

Open and paste a paper of choice, I used ltgreypaper, position above the layer we selected. Once your happy hit delete on your key board.

Delete the template layer.

Select Raster 4, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert. (this should be the insides of the frame).

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer. Position to your liking above the layer selected. Once your happy with the position of your tube hit delete on your key board. Repeat this for the remaining two frame backgrounds.

Merge all tube layers and apply a drop shadow, then lower opacity to around 70.

Select Raster layer 11 (rectangle on the left side on top), go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert.

Paste your smaller tube as a new layer. Position inside the rectangle and when your happy with the look hit delete on your key board. Lower opacity to around 50.

Apply drop shadow or gradient glows to all layers that you have not yet.

Duplicate the word art and the black rectangle the word art is on top of, position at the top of the tag. See my tag for reference.

Copy and paste your small tube as a new layer. Move to the right of the tag. Apply a drop shadow.

Open diamond scatter, select a portion of them and paste as a new layer. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate as many times you want and place throughout your tag.

Open bluegreypaper and paste as a new layer above the white background. Apply your mask to this layer. Delete the mask layer and merge group. Use the Pick tool to resize to your liking. If you don't have this you can just resize this layer. I lower the opacity to around 80.

Add your copyrights.

Add your name.

Crop, resize if desired.

Save as a PNG.
