Scrap kit Nurse Nikki by Tracey at Soxsational Scraps here
Tubes of choice (close-up and full), I am using Elias Chatzoudis who now can be found here
Filter - Tramages - Tow The Line (optional)
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow (optional)

Don't forget to save often!

Open the template, duplicate and close the original.

Delete the copyright and the small hearts (both called merged) and the dashes.

Select Raster 2, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.

Open a paper of your choice, I used paper12, paste as a new layer, invert and hit delete on your key board. Delete the template layer.

On the same layer apply Tramages - Tow The Line with these settings:
Control 0: 39
Control 1: 64
Control 2: 200
Control 3: 64

Apply Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow or a nice drop shadow to this layer.

Select the heart layer, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.

Open a paper of your choice, I used paper2, resize by 70 percent, paste as a new layer, invert and hit delete on your key board. Delete the template layer.

Do not deselect your heart layer, copy and paste your close-up tube above the heart layer, position where you like it. Apply a drop shadow, and change the blend mode to hard light. Duplicate and mirror.

Select the small rectangles, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.

Open a paper of your choice, I used paper6, resize by 80 percent, paste as a new layer, invert and hit delete on your key board. Delete the template layer.

Apply Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow or a nice drop shadow to this layer.

Add a drop shadow to the heart frame.

Copy and paste your full tube, position in the middle of the heart. See my tag for reference if needed.

I recolored the word art to match the colors in the scrap kit. Move to where you like it. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Bow2, resize by 40 percent, paste as a new layer, move to the left of the template, apply a drop shadow.

Open flower4, resize by 50 percent twice, paste as a new layer, move to the top right of the template. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Nurse Tag2, resize by 70 percent and paste as a new layer, move so it looks like its hanging from the flower. Apply a drop shadow.

Open bandaide, rotate left, free rotate 15 degrees right. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the corners of the template or whatever you like. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and flip, mirror and position in another corner.

Open Needle, resize by 40 percent and paste as a new layer, move to the top of the frame on the left. See my tag for reference if needed. Apply a drop shadow.

Add copyright and your name.

Crop and resize if needed.

Save as a PNG.
