Supplies Needed:
Tube of choice, I am using one by Jamie Kidd, this tube was purchased from CILM who is now closed. You can find her work here now.

Great!

Open a new image 700 x 700 with a white background.

Open Frame-ribbonwhite, paste as a new layer.

Click inside the frame with your magic wand, go to Selections - Modify - Expand by 7.

Open a paper of choice, I used gingham-rosebud-blue, resize by 70 percent and paste as a new layer. Invert and hit delete on your key board.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer. Position to your liking and delete anything that is showing past the frame, I allowed her head to overlap on top of the frame. Apply a drop shadow to both the tube and frame.

Open teddybear, resize by 50 percent and paste as a new layer, mirror. Position in the lower left corner of the frame. Apply a drop shadow. See my tag for reference if needed.

Open pacifier, resize by 20 percent and again by 80 percent. Paste as a new layer, position in front of the bear. Apply a drop shadow.

Open flower-pink and flower-blue, resize pink by 40 percent and blue by 30 percent. Paste both as new layers and position on sides of frame. Apply a drop shadow to flowers. duplicate as many times as liked.

Open bottle, resize by 50 percent and than again by 70 percent. Paste as a new layer and position to the right of the teddy bear. I have mine behind the bear, this is up to you. Add a drop shadow.

Open rockinghorse, resize by 70 percent. Paste as a new layer and position on the right side below the frame. Apply a drop shadow.

Open blue and pink pins, resize to your liking and paste as a new layer. Position to the left on top of the frame. Erase a small part of the pin to make it looked :pinned" to the frame. Apply a drop shadow to both pins. I rotate the pink pin left 15 degrees.

Open paper, I used stripedblue, resize to your liking and paste above your white background layer. Apply the mask to this layer, merge group.

Add word art.

Add another other elements you may like.

Add copyright and your name.

Crop, resize if desired.

Save as a PNG.
