Tube of choice, I am using Elias Chatzoudis purchased from MPT, you can now find him at PTE
Scrap kit New Year Kiss by Seven’s Scraps
Template 180 by Divine Intentionz
My supplies (mask and word arts) here

Open template, duplicate and close the original. Delete copyright and resize canvas by 700x700.

Select one of the circles. Go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.

Open paper of choice, paste above selected layer. Resize if desired. Go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on your keyboard. Delete template layer, apply drop shadow.

Repeat above steps for remaining template layers.

I used two pink colors to match the tube. I used #cc6f7a ( Hue - 251 and Saturation - 122) for the dark pink and #f6b3b7 (Hue - 253 and Saturation - 202) for the light pink. This is up to you or you can use different colors depending on the tube.

Copy and paste tube as a new layer. Resize if needed. Place in center of tag. Apply drop shadow.

Open Champagne 01, copy and paste as a new layer. Place at the left hand side next to the champagne glass that the tube is sitting in. Apply drop shadow.

Open Bling 06, duplicate, resize one by 60 percent. Copy and paste the star we did not resize as a new layer. Place at the upper left hand corner of the circle frame. Apply drop shadow. Copy and paste the smaller star as a new layer, colorize if desired. Place in the middle of the larger star we just added.

Open Ribbon 05, duplicate, resize one by 60 percent, and colorize one. Copy and paste the one colorized as a new layer. Place under the stars on the left hand side. Apply drop shadow. Copy and paste the grey ribbon as a new layer. Mirror, place on top of the ribbon we just added. Apply drop shadow.

Open Star 02, duplicate, resize one by 30 percent. Copy and paste the larger star as a new layer. Place at the top right hand side above the frame. Apply drop shadow. Copy and paste the smaller star as a new layer, colorize if desired. Place in the middle of the star we just added. Apply drop shadow.

Open Ribbon 04, duplicate, resize one by 60 percent, and colorize one. Copy and paste the one colorized as a new layer. Place under the stars on the right hand side. Apply drop shadow. Copy and paste the grey ribbon as a new layer. Mirror, place on top of the ribbon we just added. Apply drop shadow.

Open Stars 03, duplicate, resize one by 50 percent, and the other by 35 percent. Copy and paste the smaller star as a new layer. Place next to the bottom of the champagne bottle. Apply drop shadow. Copy and paste the larger star, mirror. Place at the bottom of the ribbons on the right hand side. Apply drop shadow.

Open Torn Ribbon 01, copy and paste as a new layer, colorize if desired. Place at the bottom of the tag under the white stars. Apply drop shadow.

Open Ribbon 01, resize by 60 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer, colorize if desired. Place at the bottom in the center of tag in front of the champagne bottle. Apply drop shadow.


Copy and paste mask included in my supplies above the white background layer.

Copy and paste the round word art included in my supplies as a new layer. Place in the center of the two circles below the frames.

Copy and paste Firework 01 as a new layer. Place above the mask layer. Position at the top right of the tag. Apply a small drop shadow.

Open Bling 02, copy and paste as a new layer. Pace in the lower left hand corner above the mask layer. Position in the lower left hand corner. Apply drop shadow. Duplicate, move to the upper right hand corner.

Copy and paste “Happy New Year” included in my supplies as a new layer. Place at the top of the tag on the left hand side.

Copy and paste “2012” as a new layer included in my supplies as a new layer. Place in the center of the champagne glass that the tube is sitting in.

Add any copyrights and your name.

Crop, resize if desired. Save as a PNG.
