Tube of choice, I am using one done by Jamie Kidd purchased from CILM but you can find her at CDO now.
Scrap Kit Addison by CuddleBeez Scraps
Glitter found here, or you can always use your own
Mask of choice

This tag is pretty easy, you are more than welcome to add whatever you like to it as well. Go ahead…experiment! Okay, let get started….lol

Open a new image 700 x 700 with a white background. Don’t worry about the size for now, we will be cropping later.

Open Frame 3 and resize by 25 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Select the Magic Wand and click inside the frame, go to Selections - Modify - Expand by 3.

Open a paper of choice and resize, copy and paste as a new layer below the frame. Go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on your key board.

Open a paper of choice, resize by 700 x 700 and paste as a new layer above the white background. Apply the mask to this layer. Delete the mask layer and merge group.

Open Doodle Branch and resize by 20 percent, mirror. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place on the right hand side on top of the frame. I erased some of the flowers so they only reached so far. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, and place inside the frame on the left hand side. Keep this layer above the frame layer though. Duplicate, place behind the frame layer off to the left. See my tag for reference if needed. Duplicate once more, go to Free Rotate and rotate right 90 degrees, move this layer below the frame background and place at the top of the frame.

Open the tube, resize if needed, copy and paste as a new layer inside the frame. Erase any of the tube that is out past the frame. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Lace and resize by 28 percent. Select a portion of the lace and copy and paste it as a new layer. Erase any of the lace that is out past the frame. Duplicate and merge the two lace layers.

Open Curled Ribbon 2 and resize by 10 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer at the bottom of the lace. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, mirror and place with the other ribbon overlapping some.

Open Pendant and resize by 25 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place on the middle of the lace. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Bow 2 and resize by 20 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place right above the pendant on top of the ribbon. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Tag and resize by 12 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place in the upper left hand corner. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Photo Corner 1 and resize by 20 percent, copy and paste as a new layer. Place in the upper left hand corner of the frame. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, mirror. Duplicate and flip. Duplicate one more time and mirror.

Open Sunflower, duplicate and resize one by 10 percent and another by 6 percent. Copy and paste the one resized by 10 percent and place in the upper right corner. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, place in the lower left hand corner. Copy and paste the smaller sunflower, place on the top of the tag. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, and place this in the middle of the bow.

Resize all layers by 90 percent.

Open the Glitter or use your own, copy and paste as a new layer above the mask layer.

Add any copyrights and add your name.

Crop, resize more if desired.

Save as a PNG.
