Tube of choice, I am using one of Ismael Rac found here
Scrap kit Autumn Angel by Addictive Pleasures
Mask of choice

Okay, lets get started.

Open a new image 700 x 700 with a white background. We will crop later.

Open Frame 4, resize by 80 percent. Paste as a new layer. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Frame 3, resize by 50 percent. Paste as a new layer. Place this on top of the frame we just added. Apply a drop shadow.

Go to Image - Resize - Resize all layers by 90 percent. Go back to Image - Canvas size and use 700 x 700 again.

Open a paper of choice and paste above the white layer. Apply the mask to this layer. Delete mask layer and merge group. Resize if needed.

Open a paper of choice and paste as a new layer below the two frames. Select your freehand tool on the left, trace out where you want the background. Try to stay in the middle of both frames so you have no gaps. Once your happy with this go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on your key board.

You should have 2 frames, a mask layer and a frames background. Good, moving on.

Open Leafs and resize by 60 percent. Paste as a new layer. Move this layer below the two frames. Position near the top of the frames. Erase anything out past the frames. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and place a little lower. Again delete anything out past the frames. Duplicate once more and place this one over on the left side inside the frames. See my tag for reference if needed.

Open Leaves 2 and resize by 50 percent. Paste as new layer. Position on the left side inside the frames. Apply a drop shadow.

Copy and paste the tube as a new layer. Position to your liking, delete anything below the frames. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Ribbon and resize by 60 percent. Mirror and rotate left. Paste as a new layer. Move this layer above the frames background. Place on the right side of the frames. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, mirror and flip, position to your liking on the left.

Open cluster and resize by 50 percent. Position at the bottom of the frames. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Ribbon 4 and resize by 40 percent. Paste as a new layer. Position near the cluster we just added. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Berrys and resize by 40 percent. Paste as a new layer. Position on the left side at the bottom where we placed the cluster and ribbon 4. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, mirror.

Open Swirly Ivy and resize by 50 percent. Paste as a new layer. Position in the center of the two berry branches. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Sunflower 2 and resize by 30 percent. Paste as a new layer. Place this at the lower left side on top of the frames. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and place at the top right on top of the frames. See my tag for reference of needed.

Open Sunflower and resize by 40 percent, Paste as a new layer. Position this one overlapping the sunflower we just added to the right. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Leaf  and resize 12 percent. Paste as a new layer. place as many as you like at the bottom of your tag, Apply a drop shadow before duplicating.

Open Leaf 2 and resize by 15 percent, do the same as you done for the leaf we just added.

Open Butterfly and resize by 20 percent. Paste as a new layer. You can add these any where you like. duplicate as many times as needed. Apply a drop shadow before you duplicate.

Open Fawn 2 and resize by 40 percent. Paste as a new layer. Position at the bottom of the tag on the right hand side. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and resize a little smaller. Place this one in front for the one you just added.

Open Bow 3 and resize by 40 percent. Paste as a new layer. Position in the middle of the ribbon at the bottom of the frames. Apply a drop shadow. See my tag for reference.

Add any copyrights.

Add your name.

Crop, resize if desired.

Save as a PNG.
