Supplies Needed:
Tube of choice, I am using one of Elias Chatzoudis purchased from MPT, you can now find him at PTE
Scrap kit Broceliande by jbs2designs
Tag Template Aqua and Melissa Collab Temp Chal 2-1 from Creative Misfits
My Supplies here (mask, and all word art)

Open the template, duplicate and close the original. Delete the copyright layer and change the canvas size to 700 x 700.

Select the large bottom circle, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.

Copy and paste a paper of choice above the selected template layer. Position to your liking, go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on your keyboard. Apply a drop shadow.

Delete the template layer.

Repeat this for all template layers except the one that has Tow The Line.

Copy and paste the large circle word art that’s included in my supplies. Reposition if needed.

Copy and paste the smaller circle word art that’s included in my supplies. Reposition if needed.

Copy and paste the Bottoms Up word art above the star shape. Change the Blend mode to Overlay.

Copy and paste the Tow The Line layer over top the one there, delete the template layer.

Open Heart 1 and resize by 30 percent, copy and paste as a new layer placing in the top left corner over top both the rectangle and the circles. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and do the same with the lower right corner.

Open Ribbon 2 and resize by 30 percent, go to Image - Free Rotate and rotate left 25 degrees. Copy and paste as a new layer on top of the button in the upper left hand corner. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and move to the lower right button.

Open Bow 5 and resize by 40 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place in the center at the bottom of the circles. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Tag 2 and resize by 40 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place on top of the bow we just added. Erase part of the ring to make it look attached to the bow. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Curled Ribbon 1 and copy and paste as a new layer, place in the upper right hand side, move this layer above the white background. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, mirror. Duplicate again and flip. Duplicate once more and mirror.

Open Curled Ribbon 2 and resize by 80 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Placed with the purple ribbon in the top right corner, offset some. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, mirror. Duplicate again and flip. Duplicate once more and mirror.

Open Flower Brad 1 and resize by 30 percent, go to Image - Free Rotate and rotate 15 degrees left. Copy and paste as a new layer, place on top of the ribbons in the upper right hand corner, apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, mirror and flip.

Open Flower Brad 2 and resize by 30 percent, go to Image - Free Rotate and rotate 15 degrees right. Copy and paste as a new layer, place on top of the ribbons in the upper left hand corner, apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, mirror and flip.

Copy and paste the tube as a new layer. Apply a drop shadow.

Copy and paste the mask included in my supplies as a new layer above the white background.

Add any copyrights and your name.

Crop, resize if desired.

Save as a PNG.
