Template 48 by Creative by Nature

Awesome!

Open the template, delete the copyright layer. Go to Image - Canvas size and resize 700 x 700.
Unhide the white background layer.

Select the word CAUTION, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.

Make a gradient using yellow (#ffff00) and black, add a new layer and flood fill. Delete the template layer.

Select the star burst (Raster 4), go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.

Using your gradient flip the colors, black on top and yellow on bottom. Add a new layer and flood fill. Delete the template layer.

Using just the yellow, flood fill the white rectangle.

Apply a drop shadow or gradient glow to all layers.

Copy the overlay word art from my supplies or you can make your own if you wish, paste as a new layer above the black rectangle. Position so that it fits inside this rectangle.

Copy and paste the bomb as a new layer, position to your liking.

Copy and paste both bullet holes as new layers, position them wherever you like, duplicate if desired.

Copy and paste Blood Splatter as a new layer, move this layer below the others, you should be able to see the splatter lines on the top right of your tag. See my tag for reference.

Copy and paste Blood Splatter 2 as a new layer, position near the bottom of your tag on the left hand side. See my tag for reference if needed.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer, position to your liking, apply a drop shadow.

Pick 2 colors from your tube, make a gradient and flood fill a new layer just above the white background. Delete the mask layer and merge group.

Add the copyrights

Add your name

Crop, and resize if desired.

Save as a PNG
