Supplies Needed:
Tube of choice, I am using Ismael Rac found here
Scrap kit Christmas Sparkles by HorsePlaysPasture
Plugin MuRa's Meister - Copies (optional)
Plugin VDL Adrenaline - Snowflakes (optional)

Let's get started on your Christmas beauty.

Open a new image 700 x 700 with a white background. We will crop later.

Open Poinsettia and resize 40 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Go to your plugins and select MuRa's Meister - Copies. Use the following settings too make your frame:
Encircle
Circle
Tile Mode
Behind
Number - 10
Shift Y - 50
Shift X - 50
Leave the rest set on default.

If you don't have this plugin you can either make the frame by duplicating the poinsettia and placing them in a circle, or you can always use a frame that is included in the scrap kit.

Duplicate the frame we just made. Select the bottom frame and go to Effects - Texture Effects - Mosaic Antique and apply these following settings:
Number of Columns - 75
Number of Rows - 75
Symmetric - Checked
Tile Diffusion - 58
Grout Width - 2
Grout Diffusion - 48

Apply a drop shadow to the top frame.

Open a paper of choice, resize by 60 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer between the two frame layers. Select the Freehand tool and draw over top of the frame. Once you have the circle drawn out go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on your key board.

Copy and paste the tube as a new layer. Move this layer below the frame layer. Erase anything from the tube you don't want showing. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Pinecone String (2) and resize by 40 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer at the bottom of the tag. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Candle and resize by 40 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer next to the pinecone string. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Star String and resize by 50 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer in the bottom right corner of the tag. Move this layer below the pinecone string if its not. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, flip and mirror.

This next part id optional, you may skip this if you don't have the plugin. We are going to add snow to the top frame layer. Make sure this layer is selected, go to your pluigins and find VDL Adrenaline - Snowflakes
Use the following settings:
Amount - 209
Size Range Begin - 0
Size Range End - 6
Hardness - 89
Transparency - 0
Snow Color - Basic Snow

Add any copyrights.

Add your name.

Crop, resize if desired.

Save as a PNG.
