Supplies Needed:
Tube of choice, I am using one of Carlos Cartagena purchased at MPT, you can find him at PTE now
My Supplies (includes everything to make this tag except for the tube) here

This tag is easy to make and you will be done in no time. Lets get started!

Open a new image 700 x 700 with a white background. We will be cropping layer.

Open the templates, copy and paste the large circle as a new layer. Go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.

Make a gradient from Black and a Red, add a new layer above the large circle and flood fill with the gradient. Apply a drop shadow or Gradient Glow. Delete the template layer.

Repeat the last two steps for the remaining template layers. Change the gradient to your liking.

Copy and paste the mask as a new layer. Move this layer above the white background.

Copy and paste the word art as a new layer. Position so its around the template.

Copy and paste the white splatter as a new layer. Position so that they are on the rectangles. Duplicate, mirror and flip. Reposition if needed.

Copy and paste the white dotted circle, place inside the smaller circle. Repeat the same thing with the black dotted circles.

Open the large black heart and resize by 60 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer at the top of the smaller circle, position a little to the right, apply a drop shadow.

Copy and paste the bow and heart as a new layer.  Place in the lower right corner of the black heart.

Copy and paste the diamond as a new layer. Place in the center of the bow.

Copy and paste the tube as a new layer. Resize if needed and apply a drop shadow.

Open V~ForMySweetLove and resize by 30 percent. Select the Freehand tool and trace out the rose without the heart. Copy and paste as a new layer, mirror. I placed the rose on her leg but this is up to you if your using a different tube. Apply a drop shadow.

Open V~ByAnyOtherNameRose and resize by 60 percent. Select the Freehand tool and trace out the top rose on the left. Copy and paste as a new layer. I placed the rose in front of the stool shes sitting on, once again if your using a different tube you can place it wherever you like. Apply a drop shadow.

Copy and paste the tiny black heart and paste as a new layer, place wherever you like and use as many as desired.

Add any copyrights and your name.

Crop, and resize if desired.

Save as a PNG.
