Supplies Needed:
Tube of choice, I am using Jamie Kidd purchased at CILM but you can find her now at CDO
Scrap kit Addicted To Love by Jamie Dell Scraps
Plugin MuRa’s Meister - Copies (optional)
Mask of choice

Open a new image 700 x 700 with a white background. We will crop later so don’t worry about the size for now.

If you don’t have the plugin just choose a frame that you like from the kit or make one of your own, if you do please follow the next step.

Open Flower and resize by 15 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer, go to the plugins and find MuRa’s Meister - Copies and use the following settings:
Encircle
Circle
Off
Behind
Number - 12
Shift X - 60
Shift Y - 60
Rest set on default

Open a paper of choice resize by 15 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer below the flower frame. With the Magic Wand click inside the frame, go to Selections - Modify - Expand by 8. Select your paper, go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on your key board. Apply a drop shadow to the frame layer.

Open Dots and resize by 25 percent. Take the Freehand tool and select a good bit of dots. Copy and paste as a new layer below the frame background. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate as many times as needed until you have dots around the frame.

Open a paper of choice and resize 700 x 700 and paste as a new layer above the white background layer. Apply the mask to this layer. Delete the mask layer and merge group. Resize if needed.

Copy and paste the tube as a new layer, place inside the frame. Delete any of the tube outside of the frame. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Red Ribbon and resize by 15 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place at the bottom of the frame, make sure this layer is above the frame background layer. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, flip and mirror. Move this layer below the frame background layer.

Open Ribbon 2 and resize by 15 percent, go to Image and rotate left. Paste as a new layer below the frame background. You may duplicate is as many times as you like placing wherever you like. Apply a drop shadow.


Open Pink Wings 2 and resize by 25 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer at the bottom of the frame, place in the center.


Open Button and resize by 40 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer in the center of the wings. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Left 1 and resize by 15 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place around the outside of the tag under the frame layer. Apply a drop shadow, duplicate as many times as you like.

Open Rose and resize by 20 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer in front of the pink winds placing on the left hand side.

Open Rose Petals and resize by 10 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place in front of the heart button, apply a drop shadow. Duplicate a few times and place them around the bottom of the tag.

Open Teddy and resize by 30 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer in front of the pink wings on the right hand side. Apply a drop shadow.

Add any copyrights and your name.

Crop, resize if desired.

Save as a PNG.
