Supplies Needed:
Tube of choice (full and close-up), I am using one by Keith Garvey found at PTE
Scrap kit O Lucky by Polka Dot Scraps
Template 57 by Kandi Kissez
Mask of choice
Xero - Porcelain (optional)

With St. Patrick’s Day right around the corner I thought I better start making some new tutorials for the occasion, well I just happened to stumble upon this awesome scrap kit freebie, so if nothing else please take a moment to check out the site, you wont be sorry, okay enough of that, ready to start? AWESOME!!

Open the template, duplicate and close the original. Delete the copyright and resize all layers by 90 percent. Resize the canvas by 700 x 700. Flood fill the bottom layer with white.

Select right green tab, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.

Copy and paste a paper of choice, I resized mine by 80 percent. Position to your liking. Go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on your keyboard. Apply a drop shadow and delete the template layer.

Repeat the above steps for the remaining template layers.

Select the double frame backgrounds, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.

Copy and paste the close-up tube as a new layer inside one of the frames, position to your liking. Apply a drop shadow. Go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on your keyboard. Still on the tube layer apply Xero - Porcelain using the default settings. Now go to Effects - Texture Effects - Blinds and use these settings:
Width - 2
Opacity - 30
Color - White
Horizontal - Checked
Light from Left/Top - Checked
Change the Blend Mode to Multiply (of course you can play around with all this using what you like and what looks best to you).

Repeat the above steps for the other frame. I mirrored my tube so I have them facing in opposite directions.

Open Frame 2, copy and paste as a new layer below the top two circles and above the bottom two circles. Position to your liking and apply a drop shadow.

Open Clover 3, duplicate, resize one by 30 percent and the other by 25 percent (this one you will go to Image - Free Rotate and rotate left 15 degrees). Copy and paste the larger one as a new layer. Place on the top left corner of the frame on the left hand side. Apply a drop shadow, duplicate, mirror and place in the lower right hand corner of the frame on the right hand side. Copy and paste the smaller one as a new layer, place in the left hand corner overlapping the larger clover. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, mirror and place with the clover on the right hand side. I then duplicated it again and placed it at the top of the frame on the right hand side. Duplicate once more and place behind the rotated rectangle at the top of the frame on the left hand side. If needed you can look at my tag of this gets to confusing….lol.

Open Scatter 1, resize by 60 percent, using the Freehand tool select a “bead”. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place as desired. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate as many times as you like.

Add a new layer above the white background. Choose two colors from the tag and make a gradient. Flood fill the layer you just made with the gradient. Apply the mask to this layer. Delete the mask layer and merge group.

I also changed the color of the green used for the word art to match a color in the tube, this is totally up to you. Apply a drop shadow to the white layer word art.

Copy and paste the tube as a new layer, place in the center of the two frames. Resize if needed. I placed mine behind the two strips at the bottom (see my tag for reference if needed). I then apply Xero - Porcelain using the default settings. This is also up to you. Apply a drop shadow.

Add any copyrights and your name.

Crop, resize if desired. Save as a PNG.

Thank you for trying one of my tuts, I hope you have enjoyed yourself enough to come back. I would love to see what you have created.
