WOW, I can’t believe that Easter is right around the corner! Come on SPRING!!

Open a new image 700 x 700 with a white background.

Open Frame 14, resize by 25 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Click inside the frame with the Magic Wand, go to Selections - Modify - Expand by 3.

Add a new layer below the frame, flood fill with a gradient of choice. Keep selected

Copy and paste the close-up as a new layer, resize if needed. Position to your liking, go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on the keyboard. Select none. Change the Blend mode to Luminance (legacy) and Opacity to 75.

Open Element 90, resize by 35 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer below the frame and gradient layers. Position around the frame. Apply a drop shadow.

Open the word art included in my supplies, copy and paste as a new layer below the frame layer. Position inside the frame. Change the Blend mode to Luminance (legacy) and Opacity to 77.

Open Element 70, resize by 12 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer below the frame. Place on one side. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and mirror.

Copy and paste the full/half tube as a new layer. Place inside the frame. Erase any of the tube out past the frame you don’t want showing. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Element 74, resize by 20 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place in the bottom left hand corner. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Element 84, resize by 15 percent, mirror. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place in the bottom right hand corner. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Element 73, resize by 6 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place in the lower right hand corner, apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and mirror.

Open Element 61, resize by 6 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place in the bottom left hand corner. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Element 29, resize by 4 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place in front of the chick. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and place to your liking, I placed one on the bucket and eggs.

Open Element 122, resize by 6 percent, mirror. Copy and paste as a new layer, place at the top of the frame. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Element 56, resize  by 15 percent. Go to Image - Free Rotate and rotate 45 degrees right. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place behind the bucket on the left hand side. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate. And move near the top. Duplicate, mirror and place beside the bucket on the right hand side. Duplicate once more and move above the bucket on the right hand side.

Open Element 9, resize by 15 percent. Go to Image - Free Rotate and rotate 45 degrees right. Copy and paste as a new layer, place at the top right hand side on top of the frame. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, mirror and place on the left hand side on top of the frame.
Open Element 14, resize by 4 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place on the greenery. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and place to your liking, duplicate as many as liked.

Open Element 39, resize by 15 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to your liking, apply a drop shadow. Duplicate as many as you like.

Open Element 3, resize by 5 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to your liking. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate as many times as you like.

Open Element 88, resize by 6 percent. Go to Image - Free Rotate and rotate 45 degrees right. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to your liking. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate as many times as you like.

Open Word Art 35, resize by 10 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place at the bottom of the tag, apply a drop shadow.

Open Word Art 8, resize by 15 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place below the word art you just added. Apply a drop shadow.

Open the mask included in my supplies, copy and paste as a new layer above the white background. Resize to your liking.

Add any copyrights and your name.

Crop, resize if desired. Save as a PNG (close the background layer first).
