Supplies Needed:
Paint Shop Pro or something like it
Tube of choce, I am using one from Ismael Rac, found here
Scrap kit from Candy's Treats, you can find her site here

Ready to begin?
Great!

Open a new image 700x700 with a white background.

Open Cluster4ts and paste as a new layer, move to the left side of the canvas. Add a drop shadow.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer, move to the right of the frame, see my tag for reference if needed. Add a drop shadow to your tube.

Copy and paste FlowerStem2 as a new layer, you may want to resize. Place it at the bottom of your tube.

Copy and paste TOCHeart, resize to your liking and move to the bottom left of your stem, place over top, delete anything that stcks out past your heart to the left. Add a drop shadow to both your heart and flowet stem layer.

Open TOCFlower4, resize by 40 then 80 percent. Paste as a new layer on top of your flower stem, see my tag for reference if needed.

Copy and paste the TOCWire as a new layer above your white background, I used my pick tool to position it where I like, you can also resize and move it around to suit you. Add a drop shadow.

Open paper21 and paste as a new layer above your white background, apply mask WSL_84.

Copy and paste TOCSwirl3 as a new layer above your white background, move to the bottom right corner of your tag, see my tag for reference if needed. Add a drop shadow, you can duplicate and place where you like, just play around with it until it suits you...LOL

Open TOCcharm (dragonfly), resize by 60 then by 80 percent, place on the wire fencing to the right, delete part of the hoop to make it look like its hanging there, apply a drop shadow.

Open TOCFlower6, resize by 20 percent and paste where you like, add a drop shadow.

Open TOCGlitterSpill1, resize by 80 percent and place at the top right corner above your white layer, apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, mirror, flip. Move around until you are please with the position.

On one of your glitterspill layers use your selection tool and select a few of the glitter, paste through out your tag until your happy with it.

Open flowerBlossom1 and 2, resize black one by 30 percent and the blue one by 20 percent. I pasted them as anewlayer on the top right of the wire, you can play arround and see what suits you though. Apply a dop shadow.

Open butterfly2, resize by 40 percent and paste as a new layer on top of your stem frame, apply a drop shadow. You can duplicate and place anywhere that suits you.

Add copyright and your name.

Crop and resize if needed.

Save as a PNG.

We are all finished!!
