Supplies Needed:
Tube of choice, I am using VeryMany found at SATC
Scrap kit Happy Birthday by Nicky at Inzpired Creationz (AWESOME FREEBIE!!)
Template 147 by HorsePlay's Pasture
My Supplies (mask and word art) here
Xero - Porcelain and Soft Vignette (optional)

Open the template, duplicate and close the original. Delete the copyright, resize the canvas by 700 x 700. Flood fill the background with white.

Select Circle 1 layer, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.

Copy and paste a paper of choice above the selected layer. Position to your liking, go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on the keyboard. Delete the template layer and apply a drop shadow.

Repeat the above steps for the remaining template layers.

Select the square background in the top left hand corner, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.

Copy and paste the tube as a new layer. Place to your liking, resize if needed, go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on the keyboard. I apply Xero - Soft Vignette using the default settings.

Select the square background in the bottom right hand corner, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.

Copy and paste the tube as a new layer. Place to your liking, resize if needed, go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on the keyboard. I apply Xero - Porcelain using the default settings.

Copy and paste the tube as a new layer. Place in the center of the template, resize if needed. Apply a drop shadow.

Copy and paste the mask included in my supplies as a new layer above the white background. Position to your liking.

Copy and paste the word art I made for the top right circle, position around the circle, move this layer above the mask layer, do the same for the word art for the bottom left circle.

Open Balloons 1, resize by 60 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place behind the tube to the top left. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Lips 2, resize by 20 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place in the corner of the two squares, apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and mirror, place on the opposite side in the same manner.

Open Champagne, resize by  50 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place on the left hand side beside the tube. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Cupcake 1, resize by 20 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place in front and to the right of the champagne bottle. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Present 2, resize by 25 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the right of the tube. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Cocktail, resize by 40 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place behind the present to the right. Apply a drop shadow.

Copy and paste the Happy Birthday Wishes word art included in my supplies. Place in front of the tube at the bottom of the template.

Add any copyrights and your name. Crop, resize if desired. Save as a PNG (close background layer first).

Open the template, duplicate and close the original. Resize all layers by 85 percent. Delete the copyright and small grey circles. Flood fill the background layer with white.

Select black circle 1, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.

Copy and paste a paper above the select layer, resize if desired. Position to your liking, go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on the keyboard. Delete the template layer and apply a drop shadow.

Repeat the above steps for the remaining template layers.

Select the frame background on the left hand side, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.

Copy and paste the tube as a new layer. I resized mine a little smaller. Place inside the frame on the left hand side. Position to your liking, go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on the keyboard. Change the Blend Mode to something you like or leave how it is. Repeat this for the other frames. I left the middle one empty because the tube will cover it.

Copy and paste the tube again, place in the center of the template, resize if needed. Apply a drop shadow. I then moved the bottom two strips above the tube. Erase any of the tube that is below the strips.

Open Sticker 5, resize by 60 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place at the bottom of the tag in the center of the strips. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Sticker, resize by 30 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place on the left hand side next to the words. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Sticker 3, resize by 30 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place on the right hand side next to the words. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Frame 3, resize by 20 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer above the small round circle on the left. Place over top the circle, apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and mirror. Place over top the circle on the right.

I added the words “Make a Wish” inside the circle, you add something you like or leave it like it is.

Open Red Balloon and resize by 40 percent, copy and paste as a new layer, place in the upper left hand corner. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Ribbon 2, resize by 60 percent, copy and paste as a new layer, place at the bottom of the red balloon. Recolor to your liking. Add a drop shadow. Merge the two layers.

Open Bow, resize by 20 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place over top the ribbon at the top, apply a drop shadow.

Open Yellow Balloon 2, resize by 30 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place overlapping the red balloon. Apply a drop shadow.

Copy and paste the ribbon again, add it to the yellow balloon and recolor to your liking, apply a drop shadow.

Open Heart Balloon and resize by 30 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer, place on the right hand side. Apply a drop shadow. Once again copy the ribbon and add it to the balloon, recolor to your liking, apply a drop shadow.

Add any copyrights and your name. Crop, resize if desired. Save as a PNG (close white background layer first).

Open the template, duplicate and close the original. Delete the copyright, resize the canvas 600 x 600. Flood fill the background layer with white.

Select the Rectangle layer, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.

Open a paper of choice, copy and paste as a new layer above the selected layer, position to your liking. Go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on your keyboard. Delete the template layer. Apply a drop shadow.

Repeat the above steps for the remaining template layers.

Open Balloon 1, resize by 65 percent, copy and paste as a new layer. Place in the upper right hand corner of the template. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Balloon 2, resize by 65 percent, mirror, copy and paste as a new layer. Place in the upper right hand corner overlapping the left side of the balloon we just added. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Balloon 3, resize by 55 percent, copy and paste as a new layer. Place in the upper right hand corner overlapping the right side of the balloon we just added. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Balloons, resize by 60 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer, place at the top of the template above the circle layer. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Bow 2, resize by 40 percent, copy and paste as a new layer. Place on the left side of the top rectangle. See my tag for reference if needed. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and place on the right side of the bottom rectangle.

Open Ice Cream, resize by 30 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place at the bottom about in the center of the circle. Apply a drop shadow. See my tag for reference if needed.

Open Ice Cream 2, resize by 25 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place next to the ice cream we just added on the left side. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, mirror and place on the right hand side.

Open Cup Cake 2, resize by 40 percent, mirror. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place on the right hand side behind the ice cream. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Hat 1, resize by 30 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place overlapping the ice cream on the left hand side. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Present 2, resize by 20 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place on the right side of the hat. Apply a drop shadow.

Copy and paste the tube as a new layer. Place in the center of the tag, apply a drop shadow.

Open present 4, resize by 20 percent, copy and paste as a new layer. Place in front of the tube. Apply a drop shadow.

Open a paper of choice, paste as a new layer above the white background layer. Apply the mask to this layer, delete the mask layer and merge group.
I typed the words HAPPY BIRTHDAY inside the center rectangle. This is up to you, you can add something else if desired or leave it like it is.

Add any copyrights and your name.

Crop, resize if desired. Save as a PNG.

Xero - Fritillary (optional)

Open the template, duplicate and close the original. Delete the copyright. Resize canvas by 700 x 700. Flood fill BACK layer with white.

Select the layer blue circle 2, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.

Copy and paste a paper of choice above the selected layer. Position to your liking. Go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on your keyboard. Apply a drop shadow. Delete the template layer.

Repeat the above steps for the remaining template layers.

Select the rotated rectangle in the center of the template, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.

Copy and paste the close-up tube above the selected layer. Position to your liking, once you’re happy go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on your keyboard. I applied the following Effects to my tube:
Xero - Fritillary on default settings
Change the Blend Mode to Multiply
Lower Opacity to 65

Open Bear 2, resize by 25 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place in the bottom left hand corner. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Bear 4, resize by 20 percent, copy and paste as a new layer. Place in front and a little to the left of the bear we just added. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Ribbon 2, resize by 60 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place at the bottom right hand side so that the bow is on the right hand side of the small rectangle. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Balloon Bunch 1, resize by 50 percent, copy and paste as a new layer. Place in the top left hand corner. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and mirror and place in the lower right hand corner.

Open Word Art 9, resize by 60 percent, copy and paste as a new layer. Place at the top right of the tag. I selected “Time” with the Selection Tool and moved it below the word “Party”. This is totally up to you, you can place it however you like. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Star 2. Resize by 10 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to your liking and apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, mirror and place on the other side.

Open Star 1, resize by 10 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to your liking and apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and mirror and place on the other side.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer, place to your liking, resize if needed. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Bubble Jar 2, resize by 12 percent, copy and paste as a new layer. Place in front of the tube. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Gift 4, resize by 15 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place in front of the tube. Apply a drop shadow.

Using two colors from the tag make a gradient. Add a new layer above the white background layer. Flood fill this layer with the gradient. Apply the mask to this layer. Delete the mask layer and merge group.

Add any copyrights and your name.

Crop, resize if desired. Save as a PNG.
