Another awesome freebie so worth checking out!

Open the template, duplicate and close the original. Delete the copyright layer. Resize the canvas 700 x 700. Flood fill Raster 1 with white.

Select Raster 2, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.

Copy and paste a paper of choice above the selected layer. Resize if desired, position to your liking. Go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on the keyboard. Delete the template layer.

Repeat the above steps for the remaining template layer.

Select the square on the left hand side. Copy and paste the close-up tube below the frame layer. Apply a drop shadow. Position to your liking. Select the background layer, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat. Back to the tube layer, go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on the keyboard. Repeat the these steps for the frame on the right and the one in the center.

Open Fence, resize by 90 percent, copy and paste as a new layer. Place in the center of the template, move this layer above the white background. Apply a drop shadow.

Copy and paste the mask layer included in my supplies as a new layer. Move this layer below the fence.

Open Glitter, resize by 90 percent, copy and paste as a new layer. Place in the lower right hand corner above the fence. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, flip and mirror.

Open Record, resize by 40 percent, copy and paste as a new layer. Place behind the frame on the top left hand side, apply a drop shadow.

Open Staples, resize by 50 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place overlapping the frame on the top left hand side. Apply a drop shadow, duplicate and place on the lower right on top of the frame.

Open Chrome Music Note, resize by 25 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place at your liking, duplicate as many as you like. Apply a drop shadow.

Open CD, resize by 50 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place behind the frame in the lower right hand corner. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Brad, resize by 50 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place at the bottom of the frame on the left hand side. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and place on the frame on the right hand side near the top.

Open Blank Notepad, resize by 25 percent, go to Image - Free Rotate and rotate right 10 degrees. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place overlapping the two frames on the right hand side. Apply a drop shadow.

Copy and paste the notepad word art included in my supplies, place in the center of the notepad.

Open Pencil, resize by 20 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer, place on top of the notepad near the bottom.

Open Curled Ribbon and Curled Ribbon 2, resize both by 50 percent. Copy and paste both near the bottom of the tag to your liking. Move ribbons behind the frame layers. Apply a drop shadow to all layers.

Open word art included in my supplies, copy and paste to your liking.

Add any copyrights and name. Crop, resize if desired. Save as a PNG (close background layer first).

Open the template, duplicate and close the original. Delete the copyright and  Raster 7. Resize canvas by 700 x 700. Flood fill the bottom layer with white.

Select Raster 5, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.

Copy and paste a paper of your liking above the selected layer. Resize if desired, go to Selections - Invert and hit on the keyboard. Delete the template layer.

Select the background inside the frame at the bottom left, copy and paste the close-up tube as a new layer inside the frame. Apply a drop shadow. Position to your liking. Select the frame background again, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat. Select the tube layer, go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on the keyboard.  Duplicate the tube layer. On the bottom tube layer change the Blend Mode to Screen and the top layer to Darken. Repeat this for the frame on the right. Change the Blend mode on the bottom tube to Screen and the top to Multiply.

Copy and paste the full or half tube as a new layer, place in the center of the template. Resize if needed and apply a drop shadow.

Open Element 11, resize by 40 percent, copy and paste as a new layer. Place in the bottom left hand corner. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and mirror.

Open Element 7, resize by 25 percent. Go to Image - Free Rotate and rotate left 45 degrees. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place at the bottom of the frame on the left hand side. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Element 6, resize by 30 percent, mirror. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place on the right hand side of the microphone. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Element 28, resize by 60 percent.  Place on the right hand side behind both speakers, apply a drop shadow.

Open Element 38, resize by 26 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer, place to your liking I added one to the guitar and one in the upper left hand corner, you can place as many as you like wherever you like! Apply a drop shadow.

Open Element 27, resize 60 percent, copy and paste as a new layer, place at the top of the template above the white background layer. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Element 25, resize by 50 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer, place at the top between the two rectangle layers. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and mirror.  Duplicate and flip both layers and place at the bottom of the template behind the other layers.

Open Element 43, resize by 60 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to your liking, adding as many as you desire. Apply a drop shadow.

Copy and paste the mask layer included in my supplies above the white background layer. Position if needed.

Copy and paste the word art included in my supplies, place at the bottom of the template above the other layers.

Open the template, duplicate and close the original. Delete the copyright. Resize all layers by 85 percent. Resize canvas by 700 x 700. Flood fill bottom layer with white for background.

Select the large circle layer, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.

Copy and paste as a new of choice above the selected layer, resize if desired. Position to your liking, go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on the keyboard. Delete the template layer.

Repeat the above the steps for the remaining template layers.

Select the square background in the bottom left hand corner. Copy and paste the tube as a new layer. Apply a drop shadow, position to your liking. Select the background again, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat. Back to the tube, once you have the tube where you like it go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on the keyboard. Change the Blend Mode to  Luminance (L).  Repeat this for the square on the top right hand side, change the Blend Mode to Multiply.

Apply a gradient glow to all layers, or a nice drop shadow.

Copy and paste the tube as a new layer. Place in the center of the template, resize if needed. Apply a drop shadow.

Open ERC 32, copy and paste as a new layer. Place in the top right hand corner behind the rest of the layers. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, mirror and flip. Reposition if needed in the left hand corner.

Open ERC 22, copy and paste as a new layer. Place in the top left hand corner behind the rest of the layers. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate., mirror and flip. Reposition in the bottom right hand corner if needed.

Open ERC 2, resize by 40 percent, copy and paste as a new layer. Place in the top left land corner above the template layers. Apply a drop shadow.

Open ERC 25, resize by 60 percent, go to Image - Free Rotate and rotate Left 15 degrees. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place in the bottom left hand corner overlapping the frame and template layers, apply a drop shadow.

Open ERC 53, resize by 40 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place on the right hand side overlapping the template layers and frame. Apply a drop shadow.

Open ERC 39, copy and paste as a new layer. Place on the left hand side just above the frame. Apply a drop shadow. I changed the color of the stars to match the tag. To do so select two colors from the tube or tag, make a gradient.  Still on the star layer go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat. Add a new layer above the stars, flood fill with the gradient. Change the Blend Mode on the gradient to Color (L), magic!! LOL. Merge the two together. Duplicate and mirror and place behind the frame on the right hand side.

(you can do this for any of the elements or layers you would like to match to the tag or tube)

Add any copyright and name. Crop, resize if desired. Save as a PNG (close background first).
