Supplies Needed:
Tube of choice, preferably one done by Ismael Rac, which is who I am using. You can find his wonderful work here
Scrap kit Addicted to Rac by Addictive Pleasures
Mask of choice
Penta.com - Jeans (optional)

Lets get started.

Open a new image 700 x 700 with a white background. We will crop later.

Open Frame 2 and resize by 90 percent. Paste as a new layer.

Click inside the frame with the Magic wand, go to Selections - Modify - Expand by 3.

Copy and paste a paper below the frame layer. Position to your liking, once happy hit delete on your keyboard. I used the plugin Penta.com - Jeans on default on this layer, this is optional.

Apply a drop shadow to the frame.

Open Wire, copy and paste. Resize with the Pick tool, or you can just go to Image - Resize. Apply a drop shadow.

Copy and paste a paper as a new layer above the white background. Apply the mask to this layer. Delete the mask layer and merge group. I lowered the opacity to around 80.

Copy and paste the tube as a new layer. Position inside the frame, erase anything out past the frame on the bottom and sides. I allowed her head to stick out past the frame. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Diamond 2, and resize by 60 percent. Paste as a new layer. Move this layer below the star background. Position around the star, apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and place on the other side. You should have diamonds on the sides.

Open Stars 3 and resize by 30. Paste as a new layer. Position on the left side of the frame. Place near the bottom. See my tag for reference if needed. Duplicate, go to Effects - Hue and Saturation - Colorize and use these setting; Hue - 242 Saturation - 131. Place this one on the right side near the top. Apply a drop shadow to both layers.

Open Ribbon and resize by 80 percent. Paste as a new layer. Move this layer just above the wire. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and mirror, move this layer above the frame. If you like you can do like I did erase some of the ribbon to look wrapped around the frame.

Open Hanger and resize by 60 percent. Paste as a new layer. Position on the top left side on top of the frame. I erased the top of the string to make it smaller. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, mirror, make sure the stars are above this layer so the strings are not covering them.

Open Bow 2 and resize by 80 percent. Paste as a new layer. Place the bow in the middle of the star frame at the bottom. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Diamond and resize 25 percent. Paste as a new layer. Place the diamond in the middle of the bow we just added. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Keychain and resize by 40 percent. Paste as a new layer. Mirror, place at the bottom of the tag, move this layer below the diamond on the bow. Place the ring of the keychain under the diamond. Erase anything still showing. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Stars, select the Selection tool on the left. Select the first 7 stars on the bottom going left to right. Paste them as a new layer. Position them at the bottom of the tag, overlapping the keychain. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, mirror and flip, position these somewhere at the top wherever you like.

Add any copyrights.

Add your name.

Crop, resize if desired.

Save as a PNG.
