Scrap kit Always by Fantasy Dreams Designz
Heart Doodle for the background found here
Mask of choice

I wasn’t really sure how this one was going to turn out, but after it was done I was happy with it so I decided to turn it into a tutorial after all. Okay, ready to begin? Lets get started on your new tag.

Open a new image 700 x 700 with a white background. We will be cropping later and also resizing so don’t worry about the size right now.

Open Element 31 and resize by 70 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Click inside the frame, go to Selections - Modify - Expand by 3.

Open a paper of choice, resize if desired. Copy and paste as a new layer below the frame. Go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on your key board.

Apply a drop shadow to the frame.

Open the heart doodle, copy and paste as a new layer below the frame layer. Place inside the frame to your liking, if any of out past the frame erase it. Change the Blend mode to overlay.

Open Element 19 and copy and paste as a new layer below the frame background. Position to your liking, apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, mirror and flip.

Open another paper of choice and paste as a new layer above the white background. Apply the mask to this layer. Delete the mask layer and merge group. Resize if needed.

Open Element 54 and resize by 90 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer above the wire layer. Place on the upper left hand side of the frame. Apply a drop shadow.

Copy and paste the tube as a new layer inside the frame, erase any of the tube that is out past the frame. Apply a drop shadow and change the blend mode to Luminance (Legacy).

Open Element 3 and resize by 80 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer above the frame. Place near the bottom, delete any if the ribbon that is past the frame, you don’t need to have this perfect as we will be covering the ends, apply a drop shadow.

Open Element 9 and copy and paste as a new layer, place on the left hand side. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Element 16 and resize by 40 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer, place on top of the ribbon on the “Always” charm. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Element 18 and resize by 30 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer, place on top of the bow we just added. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Element 67 and resize by 80 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer, place at the lower left hand corner. Move this layer below the charm. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Element 23 and resize by 20 percent, copy and paste as a new layer. Place next between the tag and wire heart. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Element 42 and resize by 50 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place next to the wire heart, leave some distance between them. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Element 43 and resize by 50 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place overlapping the flower we just add. Position on the right side. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Element 41, duplicate and resize by 40 percent, and another by 20 percent. Copy and paste the one you resized by 20 percent as a new layer. Place on top of the two flowers we just added and on top of the ribbon. Apply a drop shadow. Copy and paste the larger one, place at the top right on top of the frame. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Element 53 and resize by 60 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place on the right, move this layer below the flowers so the stem is hidden behind them, apply a drop shadow.

Open Element 33 and resize by 60 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place at the top of the frame in the center. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Element 60 and resize by 40 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place on top of the rose at the bottom of the tag, apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, mirror, place on top of the light blue flower on the right side.

Open Element 59 and resize by 30 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place on the two bows on the left hand side. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, mirror and place on the dark flower at the bottom of the tag. Duplicate again and place on the right hand side on top of the bowed flower. Of course you can place these wherever you like and use as many as you like also, this is just an idea.

Resize All by 90 percent.

Add any copyrights and your name.

Crop, and resize again if desired.

Save as a PNG

You now have a new tag to be proud of and show off, I hope you have enjoyed using one of my tuts, I would love to see what you have created.
