Supplies Needed:
Tube of choice, I am using one done by Keith Garvey purchased at MPT but you can find him at PTE now
Scrap kit Aqua Blues by jbs2designs
Template 101 by DBA
Mask of choice

Open the template, duplicate and close the original. Go to Image and resize by 110 percent. Go to Image and resize canvas by 700 x 700. Delete the copyright. Move the circle frame above the circle background.

Add a new layer, move to the bottom, flood fill with white. This is our background layer.

Select Shape 3, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.

Copy and paste as a paper of choice as a new layer above the shape. Resize paper if desired. Once happy go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on your key board. Apply either a drop shadow or a gradient glow. Delete the template layer.

Repeat this for the remaining template layers until you have them all replaced with papers except the black flower doodles.

Select a paper of choice or make a gradient with two colors from the kit. Add a new layer above the white background. Flood fill with the gradient or copy and paste a paper as a new layer here. Apply the mask to this layer. Delete the mask layer, merge group.

Copy and paste Ribbon 5 as a new layer. Place on the left hand side. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, mirror and flip. Reposition if needed.

Open Swirl 2 and resize by 60 percent. Sharpen if needed, copy and paste as a new layer, position in the lower left hand corner. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, mirror and flip. Reposition if needed.

Open Hanging Beads and resize by 12 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. This layer should be above the frame background. Position to your liking inside the frame. Erase any of the beads outside the frame. Apply a drop shadow.

Copy and paste the tube as a new layer. Place inside the frame. Erase any of the tube outside the bottom of the frame. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Bow 7 and resize by 20 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer at the bottom of the tag on top of the frame. Position in the middle. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Tag 2 and resize by 40 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer below the bow. Place where it looks like its attached to the bow. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Ribbon 4 and 6, resize both by 60 percent, copy and paste below the bow. Apply a drop shadow, duplicate ribbon 6, mirror and flip, place with the other ribbon.

Open Flower 4 and resize by 8 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place in the upper left hand corner. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and move to the lower right hand corner.

Open Flower 3 and resize by 12 percent. Copy and paste beside the blue flower we just added. Do this for both sides. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Butterfly 5 and resize by 8 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. You can place wherever you like and duplicate as many as needed. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Butterfly 2 and resize by 3 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to your liking and duplicate as many as you like, apply a drop shadow.

Add any copyrights and your name.

Crop, resize if desired.

Save as a PNG.
