Supplies Needed:
Tube of choice, I am using one of Ismael Rac
Scrap kit Paint The Town Pink by Sophisticated Scraps
Diamond accent here (optional)
Mask of choice

Ready to begin?
Great!

Open a new image 700 x 700 with a white background.

Open Circle Frame and resize by 90 percent, rotate right. Paste as a new layer.

Using your Magic Wand select the inside of the frame, go to Selections - Modify - Expand by 5.

Select a paper of choice and paste as a new layer below the frame, go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on your key board.

Open and copy Balldangle, paste as a new layer below the frame, position to your liking, once you have it where your happy erase anything that is out past the frame. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and place a little higher up inside the frame. See my tag for reference if needed.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer, resize if needed. Position to your liking. Erase anything that is out past the frame. I positioned mine so her head was a little above the frame, this is up to you. Once your happy apply a drop shadow.

Apply a drop shadow to the frame as well.

Open Rosevine, rotate left, paste as a new layer on the top of the frame. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Flowerclip and resize by 40 percent. Paste as a new layer and position to the top of the frame about in the middle.

Open Glittersplatter and paste as a new layer just above the white background, position to your liking.

Open Butterflystring, paste as a new layer below the clip. Position at the top of the frame on top of the flowers. Erase anything overlapping the tube. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Wireflower and resize by 40 percent, paste as a new layer. Position on top of the butterflies, erase anything that is on the tube. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Wingedheart and resize by 50 percent, paste as a new layer. Position at the bottom of the frame. Apply a drop shadow.

Duplicate the Rosevine, Butterflystring, and Wireflower. Flip and position at the bottom of the tag below the Wingedheart. See my tag for reference if needed.

Open Flowerpetals and resize by 50 percent. Select a few with your Selection tool, copy and paste as a new layer. Position at the top of the tag. Do this until you have petals at different places, on both sides and in the center. Apply a drop shadow to all petals. See my tag for reference if needed.

Open diamond from your download and paste as a new layer, position on the frame where it can be seen. I placed them at the sides but you can place them wherever. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate as many needed until your happy.

Open a paper of choice and paste as a new layer above the white background. Apply the mask of your choice. Delete the mask layer and merge. Take your Pick tool or use Resize to adjust where your mask is at.

Add your name

Crop, resize if desired.

Save as a PNG
