Open a new image 700 x 700 with a white background.

Open the frame included in my supplies, resize about 80 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Apply a drop shadow.

Copy and paste a paper from the scrap kit above the white background. Select the Selection tool and draw out a rectangle on top of the frame. Once happy, go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on your keyboard.

Copy and paste the tube as a new layer, place inside the frame, erase any of the tube you do not want showing out past the frame. Apply a drop shadow.

If using the same tube copy and paste the butterflies as a new layer, position to your liking and apply a drop shadow.

Open the butterflies from the scrap kit, resize to your liking and paste as a new layer. Place in the bottom right hand corner. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, mirror and place on the left hand side. Duplicate as many times as you desire.

Open the tag, resize to your liking, go to Image - Free Rotate and rotate 40 degrees left. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place at the bottom of the frame on top of the heart. Apply a drop shadow.

Copy and paste the bow as a new layer, place on top of the tag. Apply a drop shadow.

Add a new layer above the white background, make a gradient out of two colors from the tube, flood fill the layer. Apply the mask to this layer, resize if needed.

Add any other elements you wish.

Add any copyrights and your name.

Crop, resize If desired. Save as a PNG.
