Supplies Needed:
Tube of choice, I am using one of Elias Chatzoudis purchased from MPT, you can find him at PTE

Mask of choice

Open a new image 700 x 700 with a white background.

Select the Preset Shape tool, draw out a circle with no background and the with around 20. Once you have your circle go to Objects - Align - Center in Canvas. Convert to Raster layer. Click inside the circle with the Magic Wand, go to Selection - Modify - Expand by 5.

Copy and paste a paper of choice below the frame. Position to your liking, go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on your key board.

Apply a drop shadow or gradient glow to the frame.

Copy and paste a paper of choice just above the white background. Apply the mask to this layer. Delete the mask layer and merge group.

Open Ele 50 and resize by 80 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer above the mask layer. Position at the top of the frame. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, flip. Reposition if needed.

Open Ele 57 and resize by 60 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer on top of the wire. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, mirror, flip and position to your liking.

Open Ele 44 and resize by 90 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer behind the ribbon. Place on the left hand side. Take the Pick tool and play around with it until you have it where you like it. Apply a drop shadow, duplicate and mirror.

Open the tube, copy and paste as a new layer inside the frame. Erase any of the tube out past the bottom of the frame. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Ele 59 and resize by 50 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer on top of the frame. Place near the bottom of the frame. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Ele 54 and resize by 40 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer in the center of the ribbon. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Ele 52 and resize by 50 percent, copy and paste as a new layer behind the bow. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Ele 17 and resize by 30 percent, copy and paste as a new layer on the right side of the bow. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Ele 23 and resize by 25 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer in front of the bear. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Ele 60 and resize by 25 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer on top of the frame on the left hand side. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and move to the right side of the frame overlapping the ribbon.

Open Ele 15 ad resize by 40 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer above the fastener on the left, move this layer below the fastener. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Ele 35 and resize by 40 percent. Go to Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Hue Saturation Lightness - and use these settings: Hue 343, Saturation 100, Lightness 52. Copy and paste as a new layer at the bottom of the tag. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate as many as you like to be placed around the bottom of the tag.

Open the button if you’re using one, resize if needed. Copy and paste as a new layer on top of the frame to your liking, I resized again this time making it a little smaller and overlapped on top if the bigger one. Apply a drop shadow, duplicate, mirror and place on the other side.

Open the small bow, copy and paste as a new layer placing on top of one of the button. Apply a drop shadow, duplicate and do the same thing for the other side.

Add any copyrights and your name.

Crop, resize if needed.

Save as a PNG.
