Great!

Open a new image 700 x 700 with a white background. We will crop later.

Open the frame, resize by 80 percent. Paste as a new layer.

Select your Selection tool and draw out a square, this is going to be the frame background so make sure your square is large enough to cover the ribbon at the bottom.

Copy and paste a paper of choice above the white background. Go to Selections - Invert.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer. Posistion to your liking. Erase anything out past the frame that you dont like. Apply a drop shadow.

Apply a drop shadow to the frame.

Open the heart bling and paste as a new layer. Position on top of the frame on the left side. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and place on the right side on top of the frame. Move this one down a little bit and erase a small part of the curl so it looks like its behind the frame. See my tag for reference if needed.

Open the star and resize by 40 percent. Paste as a new layer. Position at the top of the frame on the left hand side. Kind of making it overlap the bling. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and place on the right hand side on top of the ribbon and overlapping the bling. See my tag for reference if needed.

Open the large jeweled heart, paste as a new layer. Position on top if the knot in the bow. Apply a drop shadow.

Open the matte and paste as a new layer above the white background. Resize using your Pick tool until its big enough to fit outside of the frame. If you dont have the pick tool you can just resize to your liking. Apply a drop shadow.

Open a paper of choice and paste above the white background layer. Apply your mask, delete the mask layer and merge. Resize if needed.

Add any copyrights.

Add your name.

Crop, resize if desired.

Save as a PNG.

We are finished! That was easy wasnt it? I hope you enjoyed using one of my tuts. I would love to see what you have created.
