Supplies Needed:
Scrap kit Barely There by Juicy Bits
Tube of choice, I am using one by Michael Calandra purchased from MPT but you can find him at PTE now
My Supplies here (Frame)

I usually don’t use tubes like this but she so matched this kit and to be honest I REALLY like the way it turned out even with her chest exposed…lol

Open a new image 700 x 700 with a white background.

Copy and paste the frame as a new layer. Click inside the frame with the Magic Wand. Go to Selections - Modify - Expand by 8.

Copy and paste a paper of choice below the frame. Go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on your key board.

Copy and paste a paper of choice as a new layer, apply the mask to this layer. Delete the mask layer and merge group.

Open 001, copy and paste as a new layer, move this layer below the frame background. Place on the left side. Apply a nice drop shadow. Erase any of the wing that is showing anywhere but on the left side. Duplicate and mirror.

Open 002, go to Image - Rotate Left. Copy and paste as a new layer at the top of the frame on the right hand side. Erase any of the swirl that’s out past the frame. Apply a light drop shadow. Duplicate, mirror.

Open 0015, copy and paste as a new layer. Place at the bottom of the wings.

Open 006, copy and paste below the frame layer. Duplicate as many as needed. Erase any of the sparkles that are outside of the frame.

Open 0011 and resize by 60 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer at the top in the center of the frame. Apply a light drop shadow.

Copy and paste the tube as a new layer. I placed mine outside the frame and a little lower then the frame. If using a different tube play around to you have something you like. Duplicate, I added no drop shadow and lowered the top tube opacity to 62.

Open 003, copy and paste as a new layer at the bottom of the tag. Apply a light drop shadow.

Open 005 and resize by 25 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer on top of the ribbon. Apply a small drop shadow. Duplicate, and place on opposite side. Duplicate again and place somewhere on the frame. Do this as many times as desired.

Add copyrights and your name.

Crop, resize if desired.

Save as a PNG.

I hope you have enjoyed using one of my tuts, I would love to see what you have created.
