Supplies Needed:
Tube of choice, I am using one by Keith Garvey purchased from MPT but you can find him at PTE
Scrap kit Bear Hugs by Bel Vidotti Scraps
Mask of choice

Open an new image 700 x 700 with a white background.

Select a paper of choice, resize by 60 percent.

Select the Preset Shape tool and select the circle, draw out a circle using the paper as the foreground and set background to null. Use around 25 for the width. Once you have the circle drawn out go to Object - Align - Center in Canvas. Change to Raster layer.

Click inside the frame and go to Selections - Modify - Expand by 3.

Copy and paste a paper below the frame layer. Resize if needed. Go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on your key board.

Apply a drop shadow to the frame.

Open a paper and copy and paste as a new layer above the white background. Apply the mask to this layer. Delete the mask layer and merge group.

Open Fence 03 and resize by 80 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer inside the frame. Erase any of the fence that is showing on the bottom. Apply a drop shadow.

Copy and paste the tube as a new layer above the fence inside the frame. Resize if needed. Position to your liking, erase any of the tube that is out past the side and bottom of the frame. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Ribbon 01 and resize by 60 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer near the bottom of the frame. Erase any of the ribbon out past the frame. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Flower 01 and resize by 30 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer placing in the center of the bow. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Frame 01 and resize by 40 percent and then again by 90 percent. Select the Magic Wand and click in the middle of the frame, go to Selections - Modify - Expand by 3, add a new layer and move to the bottom, pick a color from the frame and flood fill this layer. Copy MERGED and paste as a new layer. Place below the blue flower on top of the bow. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Leaves 01 and resize by 50 percent, copy and paste as a new layer. Position on the right hand side of the frame you just added. Apply a drop shadow, duplicate, flip and mirror, reposition if needed.

Open Star 04 and resize by 60 percent, copy and paste as a new layer on the top left hand side on top of the leaves. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Flower 04 and resize by 20 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer placing on top of the star and strings attached to the star. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Flower 02, duplicate, resize one by 40 percent and the other by 15 percent. Copy and paste the one resized by 15 percent as a new layer, place above the star on top of the leaves. Apply a drop shadow. Copy and paste the remaining flower, place on top of the leaves and ribbon on the lower right hand side. Apply a drop shadow.

Open flower 05 and resize by 30 percent, copy and paste as a new layer. Place overlapping the top of the large pink flower. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Star 02 and resize by 20 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place on the left hand side where the beads are on the string. Move this layer below the star with the strings. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, mirror, place on the frame next to the top of the fence.

Duplicate the small pink flower, place at the bottom right of the star that is below the strings, this layer should be below the stringed star as well.

Open Star 01, resize by 15 percent, mirror. Copy and paste as a new layer at the bottom of the star on the right hand side. Apply a drop shadow.

This last step is up to you, open any butterflies you would like to use, resize them by 15 percent. Copy and paste them throughout your tag. Remember to add drop shadows.

Add any copyrights and your name.

Crop, resize if desired. Save as a PNG.
