I don’t think tuts get much easier than this one…lol, this is really simple to make and looks nice. Okay, ready to start? Great!

Open a new image 700 x 700 with a white background.

Open Scalloped Frame and paste as a new layer. Apply a drop shadow.

Add a new layer below the frame, using two colors from the frame make a gradient. Flood fill the layer. Select the Selection tool, draw out a rectangle on top of the frame, now go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on your keyboard.

Select a nice font and type out KISS ME, go to Effects - MuRa’s Meister - Copies - Tiling and use these settings:
Line
Tile
Blend Mode
Number -1
Shift X - 50
Shift Y - 50
Tile Gap - 2
Everything else will be default.

Move below the frame and the background layer. Position to your liking, once you have it where you like it select the background layer, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat. Now select the titled text, go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on your keyboard. Lower the Opacity to 55.

Copy and paste the tube as a new layer inside the frame, erase any of the tube that’s out past the bottom of the frame. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Tag 1, resize by 60 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place on the right hand side at the bottom of the frame. Apply a drop shadow.

Open the screws, select one you like and paste as a new layer. Place inside the hole on the tag. Resize if needed. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and place on the other side.

Open Pipe and resize by 25 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer, place on the left hand side below the tag. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Single Flower Head, resize by 40 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place in the upper left hand corner on top of the frame. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Shamrock Ribbon, resize by 80 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer, place at the top of the frame behind the tube if you have the head out like I do. Apply a drop shadow.

Add a new layer above the white background, flood fill with a color or gradient from the tag. Apply the mask to this layer. Delete the mask layer and merge group. Resize if needed.

Resize all layers by 90 percent.

Add any copyrights and your name. Crop, and resize again if desired. Save as a PNG.

Thank you for trying one of my tuts, I hope you have enjoyed using it enough to see ya again! I would love to see what you have created.
