Supplies Needed:
Tube of choice, I am using Jose Cano found at SATC
Scrap kit Sexy Red by Schnegge Scraps also found at SATC
Template 22 by Addictive Templates (zip file)
My Supplies (word art and mask) here

Open the template, duplicate and close the original. Delete the copyright and word art. Resize all layers by 90 percent. Resize canvas by 700 x 700.

Select the circle in the top right hand corner. Go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat. Copy and paste a paper of choice above the selected layer. Position to your liking, go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on the keyboard. Close off the paper you just added, using the Selection tool, select the black strip. Add a new layer and flood fill with black. Open closed paper layer. Delete the template layer. Apply a drop shadow.

Repeat the above steps for the remaining template layers.

Select the circle in the lower left hand corner, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat. Copy and paste the tube as a new layer. Place to your liking. Go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on the keyboard. Duplicate the tube, change the Blend mode on the top tube to Overlay and the bottom one change to Screen.

Select the large rectangle in the middle of the template, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat. Copy and paste the tube as a new layer. Place to your liking. Go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on the keyboard.

Copy and paste the single word art Dangerous, place inside the strips at the top and bottom of the template. Duplicate as many as you like. I also placed one on the right hand side in the black strip we made. Rotate the word art right.

Copy and paste the tube as a new layer. Place in the center of the template to your liking. Resize if needed and apply a drop shadow.

Open the large word art included in my supplies. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place at the bottom of the template in front of the tube.

Copy and paste as a new layer the Dangerous line word art. Place below the large word art we just added. You can always add your own too J

Open Wrap 01, resize by 60 percent. Rotate right, copy and paste as a new layer. Place on the left hand side on top of the rectangle, line up the top so it looks wrapped. Make sure this layer is below the circle at the bottom of the template. Apply a drop shadow,

Open Tagboyscry, resize by 40 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place in the center of the wrap. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Ribbon 02, copy and paste as a new layer. Place behind the large word art at the bottom of the template. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and mirror, place at the top to your liking.

Open Star 03, resize by 30 percent. Rotate right 10 degrees. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place in the bottom left hand corner overlapping the ribbon. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and mirror. Place on top of the ribbon at the top of the template.

Open Pitchfork, resize by 50 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place on the left hand side behind the tube. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Whip 01, resize by 50 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place on the right hand side in front of the tube and behind the word art. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Mask, resize by 30 percent, mirror. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place over the eyes of the tube in the lower left hand corner. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Dots, resize by 50 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place around the circle at the top on the right hand side. Apply a drop shadow.

Copy and paste the mask as a new layer above the white background, you can always use something else if you wish.

Add any copyrights and your name. Crop, resize if desired. Save as a PNG (close background layer first).
