Supplies Needed:

Tube: I am using one by Jose Cano purchased from PTE (now closed)

Template: Ssam BCA Temp3 (this site seems to be closed so I uploaded it to my Box account, all copyrights remain the designers) found here

Scrap kit: Check You ChiChi's by Tasha's Playground found here

Open the template, duplicate and close the original. Delete the copyright and resize canvas by 700 x 700.

Select Raster 2, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.

Copy and paste a paper of choice above the selected layer. Position to your liking. Go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on the keyboard. Delete the template layer. Apply a drop shadow.

Repeat the above steps for the remaining template layers.

Open Cityscape, resize by 95 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place in the center of the template. Apply a drop shadow.

Open BCA Ribbon, resize by 60 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place in the upper right corner of the cityscape you just added. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Hearts, resize by 60 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Position in the upper left hand corner on top of all layers. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, mirror and flip, reposition if needed.

Open Flair 3, resize by 30 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Position on top of the BCA ribbon. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Star 2, resize by 40 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Position in the lower left hand corner of the cityscape and paper. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, place on the right hand side near the ribbon.

Open Star 3, resize by 30 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Position overlapping the star on the left. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, position overlapping the bottom of the star you just added.

Select the word art layer. Go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.

Copy and paste a paper of choice above the selected layer, or you can add a new layer and flood fill with a gradient of choice. Go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on your keyboard. Delete the template layer. Apply a drop shadow.

Using a font of choice, type the word HOPE in the bottom of the circle. You can add another saying if preferred.

Copy and paste the tube as a new layer. Position in the middle of the tag just below the cityscape. Resize if desired, apply a drop shadow.

Add any copyrights and your name. Crop, resize if desired. Save as a PNG (close background first).
