Supplies Needed:
Tube of choice, I am using Zlata_M found at PFD
Scrap kit Neon Punk by Toxic Desirez and Additive Pleasures
Template 123 by Rosey

AWESOME FTU KIT!!

Open the template, duplicate and close the original. Delete the copyright, resize all layers by 85 percent. Resize the canvas by 700 x 700. Flood fill Raster 1 with white.

Select Raster 3, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.

Copy and paste a paper of choice above the selected layer. Position to your liking, go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on the keyboard. Delete the template layer.

Repeat this for the remaining template layers.

Select the frame background on the left, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.

Copy and paste the tube as a new layer inside the frame. Position to your liking. Duplicate, change the Blend Mode on the bottom tube to Luminance (L) and the top tube to Screen. Do the same thing as you just done for the frame on the right, mirror the tube first.

Select the background for the lower frames, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.

Copy and paste the tube as a new layer. Place inside the frame on the left hand side. Position to your liking, go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on the keyboard. Change the Blend Mode to Multiply. Do this for the right hand side, only change the Blend Mode to Luminance (L).

Apply a drop shadow to all layers.

Open Beads, copy and paste as a new layer above the white background layer. Place on the left hand side. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and mirror and move to the right hand side.

Open Star 1, duplicate, resize one by 50 percent and the other by 40 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place on the right hand side overlapping the frame and background. Apply a drop shadow. Copy and paste the smaller star, mirror and place at the top of the first frame on the left hand side. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Star 2, resize by 50, mirror. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place on the right hand side overlapping the frame and background. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Flame 2, resize by 60 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer, place on the right hand side under the frame background. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and mirror and place on the left hand side under the frame background.

Copy and paste the tube as a new layer. Place in the center of the template. Resize if needed. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Skull Doodle 1, resize by 80 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place at the bottom of the tag in the center over top the tube. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Tag 1, resize by 80 percent, copy and paste as a new layer. Place above the skull doodle, apply a drop shadow.

Add any copyrights and your name. Crop, resize if desired. Save as a PNG (close the background layer first).

Xero - Fritillary, Porcelain, and Radiance (optional)

Open the template, duplicate and close the original. Delete the copyright and single stars. Resize all layers by 90 percent. Flood fill the background layer with white.

Select the rectangle layer, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.

Copy and paste a paper of choice above the selected layer. Position to your liking. Go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on the keyboard. Delete the template layer.

Repeat above steps for the remaining template layers.

Select the Frame Background, copy and paste the close-up tube as a new layer above the selected layer. Position to your liking inside one of the frames. Go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on the keyboard.  Erase any of the tube inside the other frames. Do this with all 4 fames. Remember you can mirror the tube. I then applied Xero - Porcelain on default setting to two of the tubes and Xero - Radiance using default settings to the other two tubes.

Apply a drop shadow to all layers.

Select the large rectangle at the bottom of the template, using the Selection tool set to Rectangle draw out a smaller rectangle across the layer. Add a new layer above the rectangle layer and flood fill with a color from the tube or kit. Apply Xero - Fritillary using the following settings:
Granularity -  3
Aggression - 67
Tessellation - 13
Variation - 21

Copy and paste the word art included in my supplies as a new layer, place in the center of the rectangle.

Open Skyline, copy and paste as a new layer, place below the frame layers, position to your liking at the top of the tag. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Scatter, copy and paste as a new layer above the white background layer. Place at the bottom of the tag. Apply a drop shadow, I used a pink one. Duplicate and position at the top.

Open Flower 1, resize by 60 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place at the top behind the skyline on the right hand side. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and place on the left behind the frames. Duplicate as many times as you like.

Open Star 2, duplicate, resize one by 40 percent and the other by 50 percent. Rotate the large flower Right 10 degrees, rotate the smaller flower left 10 degrees. Copy and paste both stars as a new layers. Duplicate as many times as you like, apply a drop shadow to all layers.

Open Sparkle, copy and paste as a new layer, place to your liking on the left hand side. Duplicate and place on the right hand side.

Copy and paste the full body tube as a new layer. Place to your liking, resize if needed. Apply a drop shadow.

Copy and paste a paper of choice above the white background layer. Apply the mask to this layer. Delete the mask layer and merge group. Resize if needed.

Resize all layers again by 90 percent.

Add any copyrights and your name. Crop, save as a PNG (close background layer first).

Open the template, duplicate and close the original. Delete the copyright. Resize all layers by 90 percent and resize the canvas by 700 x 700. Add layer to the bottom and flood fill with white.

Select the large rectangle layer, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.

Copy and paste a paper of choice above the white background layer, position to your liking. Go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on the keyboard. Delete the template layer.

Repeat the above steps for the remaining template layers.

Select the large oval background, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.

Copy and paste the close-up as a new layer above the selected layer. Position to your liking, go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on the keyboard. Duplicate, I changed the Blend Mode on the bottom tube to Screen and the top on I changed to Multiply.

Select the small square background., go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.

Copy and paste the close-up tube again as a new layer above the selected layer. Position inside the frame to your liking. Go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on the keyboard. I used Xero - Soft Vignette set on the default settings. Then applied Xero - Porcelain on default settings.

Apply a drop shadow to all layers.

Copy and paste the full tube as a new layer. Place on the right hand side. Apply a drop shadow.

Add a new layer above the white background, flood fill this layer with a gradient made from two colors that matches the tag, apply the mask to this layer. Delete the mask layer and merge group. Resize if needed.

Open Element 009, copy and paste as a new layer, place to the right overlapping the tube and word art.

Open Element 047, Rotate Left, copy and paste at the bottom behind the circle layer. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, mirror and place at the top above the large rectangle layer.

Open Element 034, resize by 30 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer, place at the bottom under the square frame. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Element 084, resize by 60 percent, copy and paste as a new layer. Place at the top under the square frame. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Element 082, resize by 60 percent, copy and paste as a new layer. Place overlapping the left hand side of the flower we just added. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Element 018, copy and paste as a new layer. Place in the top left hand corner overlapping the oval. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and position in the lower right hand corner overlapping the circle.

Open Element 017, resize by 80 percent, copy and paste as a new layer, place overlapping the red flower on the left that we just added. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Element 029, resize by 30 percent. Copy and paste to your liking. Duplicate as many times as you like. Apply a drop shadow to all layers. Don’t forget you can mirror.

Open Element 028, resize by 40 percent. Copy and paste to your liking. Duplicate as many times as you like. Apply a drop shadow to all layers. Don’t forget you can mirror.

Add any copyrights and your name. Crop, Resize if desired. Save as a PNG (close background layer first).
