Tube of choice, I am using one my Very Many found here
Scrap kit My Emo Valentine by Kittz Kreationz
Template 190 by Designs by Ali
My supplies (mask, word art) here
Mask of choice

Open the template, duplicate and close the original. Resize all layers 90 percent. Delete the copyright and resize canvas by 700 x 700. Flood fill bottom layer with white.

Select one of the large circles, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.

Copy and paste a paper of choice above the selected layer. Resize paper if desired, position to your liking, go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on your keyboard. Delete the template layer.
Apply either a drop shadow or gradient glow.

Repeat above steps for the remaining template layers.

Copy and paste the tube as a new layer, place inside the rectangle frame. Position and resize as desired. Select the rectangle background, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat. Select the tube layer again and go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on your keyboard. Apply a drop shadow. I added Texture Effect Blinds to my tube on these settings:
Width - 3
Opacity - 30
Color - White
Horizontal - Checked
Light from Left/Top - Checked

Copy and paste the tube again, place in the center of tag. Resize if needed, apply a drop shadow.

Open 62, resize by 50 percent, copy and paste as a new layer. Place at the top left corner. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, and place at the bottom right hand corner.

Open 63, resize by 30 percent, go to Image - Free Rotate and rotate left 15 degrees. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place at the bottom of the rectangle frame. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, mirror and place on the left hand side overlapping the rectangle. Apply a drop shadow.

Open 47 and resize by 80 percent, copy and paste as a new layer. Place at the top left hand side under the heart with the skull, apply a drop shadow.

Open 21 and resize by 40 percent, copy and paste as a new layer. Place beneath the black heart on the left hand side. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, mirror and place at the top of the rectangle frame.

Copy and paste the purple word art included in my supplies as a new layer, place around the top circle. Move this layer above the white background layer.

Copy and paste the black word art included in my supplies as a new layer, place around the bottom circle. Move this layer above the white background layer.

Copy and paste the mask included in my supplies, move this layer above the white background.

Resize all layers again by 90 percent.

Add any copyrights and your name.

Crop, save as a PNG.
