Supplies Needed:
Tube of choice, I am using one by Ismael Rac found here
Scrap kit Love Me by Annuzattair found at Creative Misfits
Template 151 by Blissfully Beth
Mask of choice

Open the template, duplicate and close the original. Delete the copyright and resize all layers by 90 percent. Resize canvas by 700 x 700.

Select the grey oval, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.

Open a paper of choice, resize if desired, copy and paste as a new layer above the selected layer, position to your liking, go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on your keyboard. Delete the template layer.

Repeat the above steps for the remaining template layers, apply drop shadows to the frames.

Open ele 19 and resize by 90 percent, copy and paste as a new layer. Place on top of the circle in the center of the template. Apply a drop shadow.

Open ele 13 and resize by 30 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place at the top of the tag in the center of the rectangle frame. Apply a drop shadow.

Open ele 53 and resize by 20 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer, place on the left hand side. Apply a drop shadow, duplicate, mirror and place on the right hand side.

Open ele 27, resize by 50 percent, copy and paste as a new layer, place at the bottom of the tag above the white background layer. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, mirror and flip. Reposition at the top if needed.

Open ele 48 and resize by 30 percent, copy and paste as a new layer. Place around the edge of the tag to your liking, duplicate as many times as desired. Apply drop shadows to all glitter.

Open ele 35, resize by 20 percent, mirror. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place on the left hand side next to the word art “Be Mine”. Apply a drop shadow. See my tag for placement if needed.

Open ele 36 and resize by 20 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place on the right hand side a little higher up than the last one. Apply a drop shadow. See my tag for placement if needed.

Open ele 32 and resize by 30 percent, copy and paste as a new layer. Place the bow at the bowwow of the word art. Apply a drop shadow.

Copy and paste the tube as a new layer and place about in the center of the tag. Resize if needed. Apply a drop shadow.

Open ele 46 and resize by 50 percent, copy and paste as a new layer. Place in the center of the heart attached to the stool. Apply a drop shadow.

Open ele 37 and resize by 20 percent, go to Image - Rotate Left, copy and paste as a new layer. Place on the left hand side under the bow ribbon. Apply a drop shadow.

Open ele 38 and resize by 20 percent, go to Image - Rotate Left, copy and paste as a new layer. Place behind the rose we just added, apply a drop shadow.

Open ele 39, resize by 20 percent, go to Image - Rotate Left, copy and paste as a new layer. Place offset to the rose we just added, apply a drop shadow.
Copy and paste a paper of choice, apply the mask to this layer. Delete the mask layer and merge group. Resize if needed.

Add any copyrights and your name.

Crop, resize if desired. Save as a PNG.
