Supplies Needed:
Tube of choice, I am using Zindy Nielsen found here
Scrap kit Bad Romance Add-on by Ziggy Fan Scraps
Mask of choice

Open a new image 700 x 700 with a white background.

Copy and paste Cluster Frame as a new layer.

Copy and paste a paper of choice above the white background.

Click inside the two frames using the Magic Wand. Go to Selections - Modify - Expand by 5.

Select the paper layer again, go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on the keyboard.

Copy and paste the tube inside the large frame. Position to your liking.

Select the frame layer, using the Magic Wand click inside the large frame, go to Selections - Modify - Expand by 5.

Select the tube layer and go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on the keyboard.

Do the same thing for the smaller frame at the bottom.

Apply a drop shadow to frame and tubes.

Open Lace, resize by 60 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place on the left hand side below the frame. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Glitter 1, resize by 60 percent (don’t close we will be using again). Copy and paste as a new layer above the white background. Position around the frame. Duplicate and move to your liking on the opposite side. Apply a drop shadow.

Duplicate both side and move the frame layer. Erase any of the glitter that you don’t want on top of the tubes.

Open Doodle, resize by 40 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place on top of the red bow at the bottom of the frame. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Heart 1, resize by 20 percent. Go to Image - Free Rotate and rotate right 10 degrees. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place at the top of the smaller  frame on the right hand side. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and mirror. Place on the left hand side near the top of the larger frame.

Open Bow 2, duplicate and resize one by 50 percent and the other by 20 percent. Copy and paste the larger bow as a new layer. Place on top of the doodle and red bow. Apply a drop shadow. Copy and paste the smaller bow. Place in the center of one of the hearts, do the same with the other heart. Apply a drop shadow to both bows.

Open Key and resize by 40 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place on the right hand side below the heart and bow. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and do the same with the left hand side.

Find the glitter we left open, look for a nice round glitter that will fit nicely in the center of the bow at the bottom. Using the Free hand tool draw around the glitter, copy and paste as a new layer. Place on top of the bow. Apply a drop shadow. Do the same for the smaller bows using a smaller glitter.
Open Word Art 2, resize by 60 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place in the bottom left hand corner. Apply a drop shadow.

Copy and paste a paper of choice above the background layer, apply the mask to this layer. Delete the mask layer and merge group. Resize if needed.

Add any copyrights and your name. Crop, resize if desired. Save as a PNG (close background layer first).
