Supplies Needed:
Tube of choice (full or half and close-up), I am using Ismael Rac found here
Scrap kit Skittles by Created by Jill
Template 33 by Denz Designz
My supplies (mask and word art) here

Open the template, duplicate and close the original. Delete the copyright. Resize canvas by 700 x 700. Add a new layer at the bottom, flood fill with white for background layer.

Select the rectangle frame in the center of the template,  go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.

Copy and paste a paper of choice above the selected layer, position to your liking. Go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on the keyboard. Delete the template layer.

Repeat the above steps for the remaining template layers.

Select the background of the circle in the upper left hand corner, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.

Copy and paste the close-up tube as a new layer. Place inside the circle. Position to your liking. Apply a drop shadow. Go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on the keyboard.

Copy and paste one of the tube overlays above the tube in the circle. Change the Blend Mode on the overlay to Color (L).

Repeat the above steps for the circle in the lower right hand corner. Use the other overlay included in my supplies. Change the Blend mode to Color.

Copy and paste the word art for the rectangle included in my supplies. Place in the center of the rectangle.

Copy and paste the mask included in my supplies as a new layer above the white background layer. Position to your liking or you can always use something else.

Open Element 08, resize by 60 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place the bow on top of the frame at the bottom of the right hand side. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Element 17, resize by 60 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer, place at the bottom on top of the frame, erase any of the ribbon out past the frame. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Element 02, resize by 30 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place on the left hand side overlapping the ribbon and the lower left hand corner. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Element 04, resize by 30 percent, copy and paste as a new layer. Place behind the flowers. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Element 14, resize by 50 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place at the bottom of the tag above the mask layer. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and place at the top.

Copy and paste the word art “TASTE THE RAINBOW” as a new layer. Place around the tag. Rotate as needed.

Add any copyrights and your name. Crop, resize if desired. Save as a PNG (close background first).
