Scrap kit New Years 2010 by Randys Sin
Template 187 by Divine Intentionz

Open the template, duplicate and close the original. Delete the copyright and square. Resize all layers by 110 percent. Resize the canvas 700 x 700.

Select Circle 1, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.

Copy and paste a paper of choice above the selected layer. Position to your liking, go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on your keyboard. Delete the template layer. Apply a drop shadow.

Repeat this for the remaining template layers.

Copy and paste a paper of choice above the white background layer, apply the mask to this layer. Delete the mask layer and merge group. Resize if needed.

Open Clock 3 and resize by 45 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place inside the circle on the left hand side. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Champagne Glass 1 and resize by 30 percent, copy and paste as a new layer. Place on the left hand side in front of the clock. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Champagne Glass 2 and resize by 25 percent, copy and paste as a new layer. Place beside the glass we just added, position on the right hand side of the glass. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Pearls 3 and resize by 20 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place in front of the glasses, apply a drop shadow.

Open Party Horn 3 and resize by 30 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place in front of the glasses and on top of the beads. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Bucket and resize by 40 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer next to the glasses. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Streamer 4 and resize by 80 percent, go to Image and Rotate Right. Copy and paste as a new layer, place in front of the bucket and glasses. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Streamer 8 and resize by 70 percent, go to Image and Rotate Left. Copy and paste as a new layer, place in front of the gold streamer we just added. Apply drop shadow.

Copy and paste the tube as a new layer, place on the right hand side beside the clock. Resize if needed. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Hat and resize by 15 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the right in front of the bucket. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Image 2 (word art) and resize by 40 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place at the bottom of the tag. I added a gradient glow, this is up to you.

Open Pearls 2 and resize by 30 percent, mirror. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place on the right hand side of the hat. Apply a drop shadow.


Open Star Balloon 4 and resize by 50 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place in the upper left hand corner. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Star Balloon 1 and resize by 45 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place in the upper left hand corner overlapping the black star balloon. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Star Balloon 3 and resize by 50 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place near the other circle without the clock. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Star Balloon 2 and resize by 455 percent, copy and paste as a new layer. Place overlapping the green star balloon towards the left.

Open Balloon 2 and resize by 30 percent, copy and paste as a new layer. Place between the heart balloons. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Sparkles 2 and resize by 80 percent, copy and paste as a new layer, place to your liking.

Open Sparkles 4 and resize by 60 percent, copy and paste as a new layer, place to your liking.

Add any copyrights and your name.

Crop, resize if desired. Save as a PNG.
