Supplies Needed:

Scrap kit Ringing It In by Wicked Princess found here

Better late than never, I love this kit and had to make something with it. So, I am finally adding this tut to the site…lol

Open a new image 700 x 700 with a white background.

Open Offset Circle Frame, copy and paste as a new layer. Apply a drop shadow.

Copy and paste the image background included in my supplies below the frame.

Copy and paste the mask layer included in my supplies above the white background.

Copy and paste the glitter included in my supplies as a new layer above the mask.

Copy and paste the black splatter included in my supplies as a new layer, position to your liking.

Open Clock, resize by 60 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Position at the top of the frame in the center. Apply a drop shadow.

Copy and paste the tube as a new layer. Position to your liking, erase any of the tube that’s sticking out from below the frame. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Rosebud, resize by 25 percent, copy and paste as a new layer. Place on the bottom left hand side of the frame. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Mask, resize by 30 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer, place below the rosebud. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Loopy Bow, resize by 25 percent, copy and paste as a new layer, place right below the mask. Apply drop shadow.

Open Key, resize by 30 percent, copy and paste as a new layer. Place near the center of the bow we just added. Apply a drop shadow.

Copy and paste the diamond included in my supplies, place in the center of the bow on top of the key.

Open Champagne, resize by 40 percent, mirror. Copy and paste inside the frame, place at the bottom towards the left. Erase any of the bucket that’s out past the bottom of the frame. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Martini, resize by 25 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer, place about in the center at the bottom of the frame. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Silver Hat, resize by 20 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer, position next to the martini glass. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Rose, resize by 15 percent. Copy and paste on the right hand side of the martini glass. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Frangipani and resize by 12 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer, I placed this in her hair. Apply a drop shadow.
Open Silver Stars, resize by 30 percent, copy and paste as a new layer. Place on the right hand side at the top just outside the frame. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, mirror. I then selected one of the stars, copy and pasted it at the bottom right hand side.

Open Music Notes, resize by 20 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place below the stars on the right hand side, apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and move to the left hand side below the stars.

Copy and paste the fireworks included in my supplies, place inside the frame to your liking.

Add any copyrights and your name.

Crop, resize if desired. Save as a PNG.
