Supplies Needed:
Tube of choice, I am using one done by Scott Blair purchased at MPT but you can find him at PTE
Scrap kit Angela by Bea Creation
(site appears to be c losed, you can download her kit here)
Image of choice (or you can use a paper from the kit)
Mask of choice
Stitches by Heartfelt Scraps found here

Open a new image 700 x 700 with a white background. We will be cropping later so don’t worry about the size for now.

With your Preset Shape tool draw out a square, if your not sure about how big you will need it place your tube, draw the square out above the tube. Hide the tube once your square is drawn. Go to Align - Center in Canvas. Convert to Raster layer.

Click inside the frame, go to Selections - Modify - Expand by 5.

Copy and paste your image or a paper. Position to your liking, then go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on your key board.

Apply a drop shadow or a gradient glow to the frame layer.

Unhide the tube and position to your liking, erase any of the tube that you don’t like. Apply a drop shadow.

Open a paper of choice and paste as a new layer above the white background layer. Apply the mask to this layer. Delete the mask layer and merge group.

Open Flower 08 and resize by 50 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer below the frame background. Position in the upper left hand corner. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, mirror and move down a little bit.

Open Flower 07 and resize by 50 percent. Copy and paste as its overlapping the flower on the left hand side. Place this flower below the red one we just added. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and mirror, place this one above the red flower at the top of the frame.

Open Flower 20 and resize by 80 percent, flip. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place at the bottom left hand corner. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, mirror.

Open Flower 04 and resize by 60 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place right below the red flower on the right hand side. This layer too should be below the frame and background. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and mirror, move down until the top flower is half way down the frame.

Open Ribbon 2 and resize by 80 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Position at the bottom on top of the frame. Erase any of the ribbon that is out past the frame. This doesn’t have to be percent as we are going to cover both ends. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Flower 24 and resize by 60 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer, place right on top of the ribbon. Apply a drop shadow.
Open Bow 2 and resize by 80 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Position in the middle of the rose flowers. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Rose 4 and resize by 25 percent. Copy and paste as new layer. Place in the center of the bow. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Flower 22 and resize by 50 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place in the bottom right hand corner on top of the roses. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, mirror.

Open Candle 1 and resize by 30 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place in front of the red flower we just added on the right hand side. Move the candle to the left some. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, mirror.

Open Rose 6 and resize by 25 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer in front of the candle and flower on the left hand side. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and mirror.

Open the stitches, take the selection tool and select some of the stitches about 3-4, copy and paste as a new layer. Position at the top on the frame. Apply a drop shadow.
Duplicate, go to Image - Free Rotate and rotate left 90 degrees. Make sure All Layers is not checked. Position on the left hand side on top of the frame. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, mirror. Erase any of the stitching on the flowers.

Open Rose 3 and resize by 50 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Position above the red flower on the bottom right hand side. Make sure this layer is below the flowers and ribbon to hide the stem. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Rose 1 and resize by 40 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer right below the yellow rose we just added. Apply a drop shadow.

Add any copyrights and your name.

Crop, resize if desired.

Save as a PNG.

Your finished and now you have a new tag to sit back and admire…lol. I hope you have enjoyed using one of my tuts. I would love to see what you have created.
