Scrap kit Beautifully Blue by CuddleBeez Scraps

Mask of choice
My Supplies here (Heartfelt Scraps Kit and Word Art)

Open the template, duplicate and close the original. Resize the canvas by 700 x 700 and add a white background layer. Delete the copyright layer.

Select the large circle, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.

Copy and paste as paper of choice above the template layer. Go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on your key board. Add a drop shadow or a gradient glow. Delete the template layer.

Repeat this with all template layers.

Open Lace 2 and resize by 20 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer, place above the 3 rectangles, erase anything out past the large circle. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Flower 3 and resize by 15 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer, place at the end of the lace on the left hand side. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, mirror, reposition if needed.

Open the blue Brad included in Heartfelt Scraps, resize by 80 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer in the center of one of the flowers. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, mirror and place in the center of the other flower.

Open the blue Turn Mounts included in Heartfelt Scraps, resize by 80 percent, copy and paste as a new layer. Place at the top left of the frame. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, mirror and flip. Reposition if needed.

Open Bow 3 and resize by 8 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place on the right hand side on the frame. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, mirror and position at the lower left hand side of the frame.

Using a nice blocky text type out at the top above the frame “NAUGHTY GIRL”. Apply a white drop shadow or gradient glow. Duplicate and move down below the frame.

Copy and paste the word art included in my supplies, place inside the frame.

Copy and paste the close-up tube inside the frame, resize if needed. Erase any of the tube outside the frame. Apply a drop shadow. Change Blend mode to Luminance (legacy).

Copy and paste the full body tube to the left. Resize if needed. Apply a drop shadow.

Add a new layer above the white background layer, using two colors from the tag make a gradient, flood fill this layer. Apply the mask to this layer. Delete the mask layer and merge group. Resize if needed.

Add any copyrights and your name.

Crop, and resize if desired. Save as a PNG.
