Supplies Needed:
Tube of choice, I am using one of Jennifer Janesko purchased from CILM, you can now find her at CDO
Scrap kit Diamonds R 4Ever by Chingjp
My Supplies (flower doodles, mask and frame) here

Open a new image 700 x 700 with a white background.

Copy and paste the mask as a new layer.

Copy and paste the frame as a new layer, reposition if needed.

Open a paper of choice, resize to your liking for the inside of the frame. Copy and paste the paper as a new layer below the frame layer. Select the Selection tool and draw out a square on top of the frame, go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on the keyboard.

Open Dia Overlay 2 and resize by 20 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer inside the frame. Position to your liking at the top of the frame. Erase any of the diamonds that’s out past the frame. Apply a drop shadow.

Copy and paste the tube as a new layer. Resize if needed and position to your liking. Erase any of the tube that’s out past the frame. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Glitters and resize by 30 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Position so that its placed on top of the mask, move this layer below the frame background. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Ribbon 8 and resize by 15 percent, rotate right. Copy and paste as a new layer placing on the left hand side of the frame, move this layer just above the glitters. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, mirror and flip. Reposition if needed.

Open the right side doodle included in my supplies, paste as a new layer on the right side on top of the frame.

Open the left bottom doodle included in my supplies, paste as a new layer in the bottom left hand corner.

Open the top left doodle included in my supplies, paste as a new layer in the upper left hand corner on top of the frame.

Open Flower 8 and resize by 8 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to your liking wherever you want, duplicate as many as needed. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Flower 1, duplicate and resize by 6 percent and another at 3 percent. Copy and paste the one resized by 6 percent at the top of the frame, place this under the frame and the frame background. Copy and paste the one resized by 3 percent to your liking. Duplicate as many as needed. Apply a drop shadow to all layers.

Open Butterflies, choose one to your liking. Resize by 5 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place wherever you like. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate as many times as desired.

Add any copyrights and your name.

Crop, resize if desired. Save as a PNG.
