Tube of choice, I am using Jessica Dougherty purchached from CILM which is now closed but you can still find her work at CDO
Flower brushes (optional)
Mask of choice

Ready to start?
Great!

Open a new image 700 x 700 with a white background. We will crop later.

Open Element 74 (frame) and resize by 80 percent. Paste as a new layer.

Make a gradient using two colors from the frame.

Select the Selection tool on the left, draw out a square making sure its large enough to cover the entire inside of the frame, this is going to be the frames background. Once you have the square add a new layer below the frame. Flood fill this new layer.

Choose a few flower brushes and add them to the background we just made. You can use whatever colors you like or you can use a new overlay if you prefer.

Add a drop shadow to the frame.

Open Element 56 (ribbon) and resize by 50 percent. Paste as a new layer. Flip and position at the top right corner under the frame and background layers. Apply a drop shadow.

Duplicate ribbon and rotate right. Move this layer below the frame but above the background. Erase anything you dont like.

Open Element 40 (butterfly) and resize by 50 percent and then again by 70 percent. Position on the flowers. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Element 52 (flower) and resize by 25 percent. Paste as a new layer. Position at the top right corner of the frame. Apply a drop shadow. You can duplicate and place around the tag if you desire.

Open Element 78 (heart dangle) and resize by 45 percent. Paste as a new layer. Position on the right side of the frame below the flower so it looks like its hanging. Apply a drop shadow.

Duplicate the top ribbon, flip and position so it shows at the bottom of the frame on the right hand side. Duplicate again and flip. Move this layer above the frame and position so some is showing above the frame. See my tag for reference if needed.

Duplicate the butterfly, mirror and position on the right side jjust above the frame. See my tag for reference if needed.

Open Emelemt 07 (diamond bling), resize by 50 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer placing on the left hand side. Position to your liking, apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, go to Image - Rotate right. Place at the bottom of the tag. Erase any of the diamonds you like.

Add a new layer above the white background.

Using the same gradient you made for the frame background flood fill the layer you just added above the white background. Apply your mask to this layer. Delete mask layer and merge group. Resize if needed.

Add any copyrights. Add your name.

Crop, resize if desired. Save as a PNG (close the background layer first).
