Tube of choice (full and close-up), I am using Elias Chatzoudis found at PTE
Scrap kit Crazy Cat Lady by Purple’s Tutorials
Template 95 by Creative By Nature
Mask of choice
Penta.com - Dot and Cross

LOL…right now I FEEL like the crazy cat lady! We have a mama who just had a patch of 5 kittens not even a month ago J

Open template, duplicate and close the original. Delete the copyright and word art. Resize all layers by 90 percent. Resize canvas by 700 x 700. Flood fill bottom layer with white.

Select Copy of Vector 1, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.

Copy and paste a paper of choice as a new layer above the selected layer. Position paper to your liking. Go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on the keyboard. Delete the template layer.

Repeat this for all remaining template layers.

Select the large rectangle in the center, go to Effects  - Plugins - Penta.com - Dot and Cross, I used the default settings. Now we are going to add the tube, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.

Copy and paste the close-up as a new layer above the selected layer. Position the tube to your liking. Go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on the key board. Change the Blend Mode to Multiply.

Apply a drop shadow to all layers.

Open Paw Prints, resize by 80 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place at the bottom of the template. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and flip. Reposition at the top if needed.

Open Ribbon, copy and paste as a new layer just below the rectangle with the close-up. Place on the left hand side to your liking. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and move to the right hand side.

Copy and paste the tube as a new layer, position to your liking, resize if needed. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Paw Print, resize by 40 percent. Go to Image - Free Rotate - and rotate 45 degrees left. Copy and paste as a new layer on the left hand side overlapping the frames. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and mirror, place on the right hand side overlapping the frames.

Open Cat, resize by 50 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place on the left hand side behind the tube. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and mirror. Place on the right hand side in front of the tube.

Open Word Art 2, resize by 80 percent, copy and paste as a new layer. Place at the bottom of the tag. Apply a drop shadow. You may need to adjust the paw prints at the bottom.

Open Mouse, resize by 30 percent, copy and paste as a new layer. Place in front of the word art. Apply a drop shadow.

Add a new layer above the white background layer. Make a gradient from two colors from the tag. Apply  the mask to this layer. Delete the mask layer and merge group.

Add any copyrights and your name. Crop, resize if desired. Save as a PNG (close background layer first).
