Mask of choice

Open a new image 700 x 700 with a white background.

Open BSD 21, resize by 80 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer.  Click in the center with the Magic Wand, go to Selections - Modify - Expand by 3.

Copy and paste a paper of choice below the frame layer. Position the paper to your liking, or add a new layer below the frame and flood fill with a gradient made from two colors matching the tube. If using a paper go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on the keyboard. Apply a drop shadow to the frame.

If using a gradient apply Xenofex 2 - Constellation using these settings:
Star Size - 3.70
Star Variation - 100
Edge Star Density - 4
Overdrive - 50
Twinkle Amount - 48
Keep Original Image - checked

Open BSD 16, copy and paste as a new layer, place in the upper left hand corner inside the frame. Erase any of the moon out past the frame.

Open BSD 15, copy and paste as a new layer. Place behind the moon and move near the top, duplicate and place a little farther down.

Open BSD 22, resize by 30 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place on the left hand side below the moon. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and mirror, place at the top next to the moon on the right hand side.

Open BSD 48, copy and paste as a new layer. Place below the frame background and move to the top. Apply a drop shadow. I then erased the ends some to kind of blend them.

Open BSD 29, resize by 40 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place in the top left hand corner above the frame. Erase some of the hanger to look like its attached to the frame. Apply a drop shadow.

Open BSD 41, resize by 10 percent. Go to Image - Free Rotate and rotate 15 degrees left. Copy and paste as a new layer.  Place on top of the lantern. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and mirror, also place on top of the frame. Duplicate once more and place somewhere around the moon.

Open BSD 42, resize by 20 percent. Go to Image - Free Rotate and rotate 15 degrees left. Copy and paste as  a new layer. Place below the moon. Apply a drop shadow.

Copy and paste the tube as a new layer, place outside the frame. Resize if needed. Position to the right. Apply a drop shadow.

Open BSD 45, duplicate, resize one by 60 percent. Copy and paste the resized one as a new layer. Place in front of the tube. Apply a drop shadow. Copy and paste the regular ribbon as a new layer. Place behind the tube. Position to your liking and apply a drop shadow.

Open BSD 49, copy and paste as a new layer. Place at the bottom on top of the tube and ribbon. Apply a drop shadow. Erase some of the ends to blend.

Open BSD 34, resize by 20 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place on the left hand side at the bottom. Apply a drop shadow.

Copy and paste my word art as a new layer. Place at the bottom of the tag.

Add a new layer above the white background layer. Make a gradient out of two colors from the tag. Flood fill this layer with the gradient, apply the mask. Delete the mask layer and merge group.

Add any copyrights and your name. Crop, resize if desired. Save as a PNG (close background layer first).
