Supplies Needed:
Tube of choice, I am using  Zlata_M found at PFD
Scrap kit Rainbow Emo by Toxic Desirez
Template 122 by Rosey

I absolutely love this kit, it was fun to work with and the colors are amazing.

Okay, open the template, duplicate and close the original. Resize all layers by 85 percent.  Resize canvas by 700 x 700. Flood fill the background layer with white. Delete the copyright layers.

Select one of the small circle layers, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.

Copy and paste a paper of choice about the selected layer, position to your liking, go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on the keyboard. Delete the copyright layer.

Select the top frame background, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.

Copy and paste the tube as a new layer inside one of  the frame layers. Position to your liking. Go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on the keyboard. Duplicate the tube, on the bottom tube layer change the Blend Mode to Screen and change the top tube Blend Mode to Multiply.

Do the same thing for the other frame layers, I left the middle one empty since its covered by the tube, I changed the tube layer to Multiply.

Apply a drop shadow or gradient glow to all template layers.

Open Star, resize by 30 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer, place overlapping the star on the left hand side. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, mirror. Place on the right hand side overlapping the star.

Open Button, resize by 25 percent, go to Image - Free Rotate and rotate left 15 degrees. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place in the lower left hand side below the frame layers. Apply a drop shadow and duplicate. Mirror and place at the top right below the frame layers.

Open Word Art, resize by 70 percent. Copy and  paste as a new layer above the large circle in the center of the template. Apply a drop shadow or gradient glow.

Open Splatter, copy and paste as a new layer above the white background layer. Position in the top left hand corner. Duplicate, mirror and flip. Place in the lower right hand corner.

Copy and paste the tube as a new layer. Place in the center of the tube. Apply a drop shadow.

Add any copyrights and your name. Crop, and resize if desired. Save as a PNG (close the background layer first).
