Supplies Needed:
Tube of choice, I am using Fred Winkler purchased from CDO
Scrap kit Kiwi by Reflections by Renaee
Tramages - Tow the Line (optional)
MuRa’s Meister - Copies (optional)

Open a new image 600 x 250 with a white background.

Make a new layer above the white background, flood fill with a gradient of choice. Go to Effects - Plugins - Tramages - Tow the Line and I used these settings:
Control 0 - 80
Control 1 - 54
Control 2 - 48
Control 3 - 9
You may need to play around to get the look you like.

Copy and paste the tube as a new layer above the gradient layer. Go to Effects - Plugins - MuRa’s Meister - Copies and I used these setting:
Wall Paper Rotate
Random
Wraparound
Blend Mode
Number - 10
Shift X - 36
Shift Y - 36
Rest set on default
Again you can play around with the settings until you have something you like.
Change the Blend Mode on this layer to Overlay.

Open Wire, copy and paste as a new layer. Place on the left hand side. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Colored Tape 02, copy and paste as a new layer. Place on the right hand side almost in the center. Go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat. Go to Selections - Modify - Select Selection Borders and I used 4. Add a new layer below the tape, flood with a color or gradient of your liking.
Apply a drop shadow to both layers. Merge the two layers.

Open Pearl Swirl 1, resize by 80 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer, place on the right hand side on top of the tape. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Brad 02, resize by 40 percent, copy and paste as a new layer. Place on the far right on top of the tape. Apply a drop shadow.

Copy and paste the tube as a new layer, place on the left hand side. Resize if needed. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Grass, resize by 60 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place in front of the tube to your liking, apply a drop shadow. Duplicate a few times and place around the tube.

Open Flower 06, resize by 30 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place in front of the tube and grass to your liking. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate as many as you like placing them around the tube and grass.

Open Flower 3, resize by 25 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place around the tube the same as you done above. Apply a drop shadow.

Onto the frame, select the white background layer, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.
Selections - Modify - Select Selection Borders and I used 5. Add a new layer above the rest, flood fill this layer with a color or gradient to match the tag. Go to Effects - Edges Effects - Enhance.

Add any copyrights and your name. Save as a PNG.
