Supplies Needed:
Tube of choice, I am using VeryMany found at SATC
MuRa’s Meister - Copies (optional)
Toadies - Blast’em!  (optional)
Xenofex 2 - Crumple (optional)
Animation of choice, I used this one here
Animation Shop if animating

Open a new image 600 x 250 with a white background.

Add a new layer, choice two colors from the tube, make a gradient and flood fill this layer.

Copy and paste the tube as a new layer. Find MuRa’s Meister - Copies - Wallpaper (rotate)
Play around with the settings until you have something you like. Still on the tube layer go to Toadies - Blast’em!. I used the default settings here. Change the Blend Mode on this layer to Screen.

Copy and paste the tube again this time position to the left.  Resize if needed. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and mirror, place on the right hand side to your liking, change the Blend Mode on this layer to Overlay.

Using the Selection tool, draw out a thin rectangle across the tag. Add a new layer above the others and flood fill this layer with a color of choice. Find Xenofex 2 - Crumple, these are the settings I used:
Crumple Size - 5.00
Crumple Force - 24
Apply this to the strip and apply a drop shadow. Place the strip near the bottom of the tag, I allowed enough room for the copyright.

Using a font of choice, type out a saying or quote inside the strip, I used Those who mind don’t matter, and those who matter don’t mind. Merge the word art and strip together.

Above the strip and to the right I also added the word art BE YOURSELF. You can add something else or leave as is. I then duplicated it twice and made a line to the right.

To add a frame, select the white background layer, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat. Back to Selections - Modify - Select Selection Borders and I used 5. Add a new layer above the others and flood fill this layer with a color of choice, go to Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance. Apply a drop shadow.

Add any copyrights and your name. If you are not animating the tag save as a PNG.

Onto Animation Shop….

Open Animation Shop and the animation you are adding to the tag.

In PSP, close off the frame, tube on the left, your name, the strip and copyright. Copy MERGED and go to Animation Shop. Copy and paste as a new animation. Check the animation you are adding for the number of frames it contains, copy the tag so it has just as many frames as a the animation.

Once you have done this, Select All frames in the tag, Select All frames in the bling. Make sure Propagate Paste is selected, you can find this under the Edit menu.

Making sure that you have the first frame in both selected, drag the animation into the first frame of the tag, place to your liking. Check animation, like it? AWESOME!

Okay, back to PSP! Close off the layers you have open and open the layers you have closed. This should be the frame, the strip, the tube on the left, the copyright and your name, copy MERGED.

Now back to Animation Shop, sorry about the dizzy feeling! LOL… paste the frame as a new animation. Check to make sure all frames are selected in the tag, now drag the frame into the tag, again this should be the first frame in the tag. Look good??? Check out the animation, like it? GREAT!! Save as a .gif.

Your FINISHED!!! YAHOO!!! LOL.

To make the avatar do the same as you done for the tag. Only open an image 150 x 150.
