Supplies Needed:
Tube of choice, I am using Crossbones-Fullmoons found at ART
Scrap kit Onyx by Rissa’s Designs also found at ART
My Supplies (mask and word art) here

Open a new image 700 x 700 with a white background.

Open Frame 4, copy and paste as a new layer. Using the Magic Wand click inside the frame, go to Selections - Modify - Expand by 5.

Copy and paste a paper of choice below the frame. Position and resize if desire. Go to Selections - Invert and hit on the keyboard.

Apply a drop shadow to the frame.

Copy and paste the background word art as a new layer below the frame.

Open Star Spiral, copy and paste as a new layer. Place above the word art inside the frame. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Floral Deco, copy and paste above the white background layer, place on the right hand side to your liking, apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, mirror and flip, reposition on the left hand side to your liking.

Open Flower 3, resize by 40 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place on top of the frame on the top left hand side. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and move to the bottom left hand side.

Open Flower 2, resize by 30 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place beside the white flower at the top left hand side. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and place on the other side of the white flower.

Copy and paste the tube as a new layer, place at the bottom of the frame. Resize if needed. Apply a drop shadow.

Copy and paste the word art DREAM as a new layer, place inside the frame to your liking.

Copy and paste the mask as a new layer above the white background.

Add any copyrights and your name. Crop, resize if desired. Save as a PNG (close the background first).
